Downloaded the app and made an order for £51 …. Delivery was via UBER …. I was not just disappointed i was disgusted none of the food was even slightly warm it was ALL literally stone cold.

I got back on the app to complain and apart from it taking 20 minutes to get through to an agent it’s not a McDonalds agent it’s an UBER agent - there is NO way to raise a complaint with McDonalds it has to go via Uber …. The uber agent said they understand i am disappointed but the food was delivered within a time that was acceptable and so no refund would be given !!!
Regardless of the delivery time the food was too cold to eat it was horrible …. So McDonalds needs to be accountable for the cold food and i 100% should have been refunded !!
It’s ridiculous that Uber are handling McDonalds customer service issues wether it was Ubers fault or McDonalds the fact is i paid a lot of money for food that should have been delivered at a temperature it could be eaten at - I’m so angry !!!

Staff were rude
Staff were rude, service was way too slow. To much talking and not enough working. Food was warm and everything appeared to much for the staff. Very disappointed.
McDonald’s Disgusting Hot Chocolate
I bought a hot chocolate drink from McDonald’s at Riverside Retail Park, Chelmsford branch. It was made of water rather than with milk and was disgusting. I don’t know if this branch is taking short cuts to economise or if all their outlets serve such rubbish. I threw it in the drain and bought a delicious hot chocolate from Costas opposite.

Don’t bother to order delivery -3 strikes and done . three times I have ordered McDonald’s via the delivery service Uber eats each time it’s been a complete fiasco the last time my wife was greeted by three foreign men who didn’t speak English the order arrived 25 minutes after the delivery time we were texted with . Disappointing not to mention a little scary . not advised for women.

McDonald's at Glamis Castle turn off near Forfar. Young staff member very rudely asked me to stand away from the counter when the store was empty. Store was empty because the tills were only accepting cash and weren't accepting cards or contactless. I managed to order on the app. There was literally no one else in the store and certainly no one queuing behind me. She came from behind the counter, pointed to the condiments stand and said "Can you go and stand over there" I asked excuse me? She repeated her rude request two more times as I couldn't believe what she was saying to me so asked her to repeat what she said. And not a please or thank you in sight. When I asked for her name she wouldn't give it to me, she also hid her name badge and then went to hide in the kitchens until I left. I also tried to talk to a more senior member of staff but they were all "busy" in the kitchen ignoring me.

Absolute sham of a restaurant. I ordered off of just eat over 2 hours ago, I have had 0 updates whatsoever. I have tried to ring Kirkstall McDonald's in Leeds to try cancel the order on their end as Just Eat is useless, me and my partner have phoned them combined well over 50 times yet they seem unable to answer a phone at all, or they’re all wearing ear plugs.

I am writing to express my concern regarding an incident I experienced at one of your restaurants. During my visit, I noticed that customers were being treated inconsistently when requesting ketchup sachets.
Specifically, I witnessed another customer, an English gentleman, request ketchup and was given it free of charge. However, when I requested the same item, I was told that I had to pay 10p. This inconsistent treatment made me feel unfairly targeted and uncomfortable.
I understand that policies may vary depending on circumstances, but they should be applied equally to all customers regardless of who they are. I kindly request that you look into this matter and provide clarification on your policy to ensure fair and consistent service for everyone.

Used to be good for fast food
Used to be good for fast food, but these days it just seems to be problem after problem, regardless of which branch you use. Can’t remember the last time an order was actually correct. In the last few months we’ve been given food with allergens in, despite ordering and labelling saying the allergen food was not included. Items have been missing on more than one occasion, with customer services flat out refusing to rectify, and I’ve lost count of how many wrong items we’ve been given. And it’s easy to say ‘ask them to fix it in store’ but how do you do that when it’s takeaway and you don’t realise your banana milkshake has been subbed with a vanilla one until you get it home? Mistakes shouldn’t happen in a food business. You should be able to trust you will get what you order but it just never happens anymore.
