They will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to send them money. You won’t receive product at all or it will be 60 days later. I was warned not to do business online direct w china. I should have listened. Now I’m out a lot of money w no product, and a lot of frustration. I’m one more American that won’t ever give a dollar to china. They just can’t help but lie for money.

used this website as they say they guarantee your items with the STS service, its not worth a carrot the seller ripped us off with defective items we ordered a container fro , we are now in dispute for 12 weeks. Made in china customer service they do not reply to emails and when they do they request the same infomation over and over. ...edit the email is correct - your STS SERVICE IS FRAUDULENT IT DOES NOT PROTECT BUYERS!
