Bought a shockwave device for $2000…
Bought a shockwave device for $2000 from Solana Beauty Tech. The web page stated it had a 1 year warranty. It stopped working after 6 months. Contacted the company communicated with a Clara Wei. They have been stringing me along and made a comment that makes me think they are trying to get out of honoring their warranty.
Then I tried to file a complaint with “Made in China” and was just frustrated to no end by the malfunctioning website.
So I don’t know if my complaint went thru. Am I screwed out of 2 grand?

I have recently been scammed by a…
I bought a product listed as “cups,” but it was actually IPTV — something that’s not allowed on Made-in-China. The seller issued an invoice clearly stating IPTV and completed the sale over WhatsApp.
The service didn’t work properly, and when I asked for a refund, I was given vague replies, ignored, and the seller later used our WhatsApp chat to deny the refund. Despite reporting everything, the platform has taken no real action.
Very disappointed — I’ve filed a chargeback with my bank and won’t use this site again.
--Update – Second Dispute Initiated, Awaiting Resolution--
After receiving an incorrect product (IPTV instead of the listed items), I filed a dispute through Made-in-China.com. Although the seller initially closed the refund request, the platform has since reopened the dispute due to inconsistencies between the order content and what was delivered.
This is my second attempt at resolving the issue. I have now obtained the seller’s email via the dispute team and reached out directly, as instructed by Made-in-China.com. I’m currently waiting for a response from the seller and a proper resolution from the platform.
I will keep this review updated depending on how the seller and platform handle this complaint.
Final Update: Situation Solved by the platform and refund received.

No one can help me resolve this issue not even the merchant. I left phone number email. I got no contact back yet since the 21st.
Order the product from one of their merchants and have not received my package. It’s been over six months then it finally arrives to the city and they deliver it to the wrong house saying I sign for it or my neighbor sign for it. No, I got cameras on my home record every inch of movement around my home and no one wants to resolve this issue the right way this is the second time that this delivery did not make it to me at all. Who cares it’s just a customer. They wrote the merchant and wrote them and no one seems to know what’s going on and global postal goofballs can’t even tell me what carrier they use to deliver it. I’ve sent pictures videos inside my home to let them know they didn’t deliver that package to me and they’re trying to figure out what they delivered. I should know by now and still don’t know no one is returned any messages or emails and nothing back to me so made in China suck on this end.

Goods took a long time to arrive
Ordered goods from capsulcn and they created account with Made-In-China.com. The goods didn't arrive, even though tracking shows they attempted delivery. Contacted seller and they were no help just asking me to collect the goods, but that's impossible as address they supposedly sent to, doesn't exist. So I've paid £167.90 and it seems they may have used incorrect post code according to the shipping documents. Have requested refund and also contacted bank to try to stop the payment.

No delivery attempted, being asked to call various numbers by capsulcn but I'm not doing that, they should have delivered it to me. Tracking on Chinapost shows no attempted delivery on the 9th and on the 8th it shows: trail submission failed (customer notified) @13:37 which is just nonsense as I've heard nothing
Update 19th may - goods finally arrived so have had to cancel visa dispute. What a relief!
