Hello, about a month ago I purchased a drone from some company from this site for +/- 500$ and I am still waiting and nothing has arrived. Ms. Shan Xun It keeps telling me that there is a problem with the order but I can't wait any longer and I want my money back. So I'm asking you to refund my money in a polite way. Vendor is very dishonest, sent blinds that were not smart as ordered, motors are very loud and now I'm stuck with product that I didn't want. I originally went with them because they were very responsive but as we processed through the order and ultimately got the blinds effectively all my requests for the type and design were compromised.

The delivery time. It's fast. I find it a little bit expensive. Hit i enjoyed the t shirt.

Every email or request was quickly replied to. All the jobs I 've done thus far have been done to exact specs and delivery was on time.

Everything was great. Communication with seller, delivery, product documentation, etc. I’m fully satisfied with the whole process.

First I thought that is a scam. I had a problems with bank transfer, unfortunately I solved it, the problem was in my bank.

Afterall the communication was even better, they tried everything to solve the issue, and I didnt believe, but after I paid via another route and the did recieve money.
The shippment was super fast
The communication is super smooth
For all people waiting for their products, please just wait and give it a try, I firstly thought it is a scam but you must to wait little bit. My shippment delivered here (EU) in around 20days after payment.

I paid for the spice bottles and did not receive them.

If it was possible I would like to give 0 star. I bought a Bowl Cutter from "Luohe Xingdian Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd.". it was broken after 3 time uses. some plastic parts have been divided to 10 pieces, they tola me to glue them together. the Paint of the lead peeled off, they told me the paint is food grade. I have my chat back and forth with their representative on "WhatsApp". There are pictures of all of it and incase of request I can post them.

I am extremely disappointed with made-in-china supplier. I placed an order for custom t-shirts, and we agreed on specific customisation before I made payment. After the payment, the supplier informs me that they can’t do what i want and i need to change the order, which was never part of our agreement.

When I request for a refund due to this major change, the supplier refuses - despite not being able to fulfil the agreed product. Do not be fooled by “secure payment”, i am refused a refund. He said the refund process is too complicated and they deduct a large handling fee (which i even offered to pay double)

This has caused both financial and emotional frustration. I would not recommend Nuolang Garment Service. What they promise upfront, they may not deliver. Now they are forcing to accept a product that i do not need.

I did apply for a refund and the supplier denied. The platform did not do any mediation. I never received any product. I was scammed by a verified supplier on a platform that claim to be secured.

Long delay with delivery and was not clear where goods despatched from.
Ordered gents "Leather Sandals" and at £35.00 ( 50% sale price),and in fairness they arrived via yodel after long varied transit journey.
Price included delivery cost.
Fit well and are as described so good so far.
Time will tell lol

The quartz sight glasses with a centered hole were exactly as I ordered and well machined. The customer service was good.

Brilliant products the only problem is I am in the UK and sadly they WhatsApp you at 2am 3 am while you are asleep. Please make the suppliers aware of this.

These machines are extremely poor quality - the display has blurred resolution
the fees are not displayed
we were short changed in Tangier and the hotel where it was placed could do nothing about it
cannot recommend these machines from a consumer standpoint or that of a service provider

Poor quality product that you can guarantee will fall apart and corrode within a year or two avoid at all cost !! Definitely better off spending a little bit more and getting a product that’s been manufactured in the uk we have bought many products made in china that have given us very poor results.
