My order arrived today - a little later than hoped for BUT I had messages explaining why and when it was hoped to be delivered. I then received tracking number for the delivery. My weight loss board is really good quality and just what I need to help with motivation. The board is personalised and has my own choice of quote at the bottom. I saw this company on Facebook and placed my order for my sign. I didn’t hear anything from the company but admittedly it was over the Christmas period, I emailed them in the new year and had a prompt response putting my mind at ease. My order was almost ready for dispatch and I was updated on delivery and when it was going to arrive. My order arrived today and I’m absolutely thrilled with it, it was well worth the wait and packaged well it is going to look great in our summerhouse. Definitely recommend this company.

When ordering it was made clear not guaranteed before Christmas.

Product arrived within expected timeframe given the Christmas period and was just as described and ordered. Very tempted now by the family organisers.

This was my first experience with this company & will be my last. My initial impression from the various photos was that a games controller was included with the personalised gaming station which it was not as it turned out. The order said was not guaranteed for Christmas but would have been better saying it wouldn’t arrive for Christmas. I messaged on 23rd December for an update but didn’t receive a response. The item actually arrived on 8th January following my order on 4th December. I am very disappointed with this item as simply not worth the price of nearly £40. To add insult to injury this item has now been reduced by £10 which is more reflective of its value. Although I have messaged the company this has not resulted in a favourable response & from my experience would not recommend
