Absolutely disgusted with their customer care. Purchased a personalised vase for Mother's Day and after less than 3 months the writing has peeled off, which I have sent proof to them. Their response was appalling.
This has not been submerged in water as per their reply back to me and has not been in a dishwasher as my mum does not own one. It has only been wiped down.
They clearly do not have any customer service skills and are calling us liars ! I have asked for a replacement but are out of stock, then asked for a full refund and they said they could only give me a 25% discount code.....REALLY !!!!!! Please do not waste your money with this company, spend it with a company that values their customers....AVOID AVOID AVOID

There was a problem with my first delivery by the courier as they had damaged my order before I received it, got in touch with Made With Love & Sparkle who soon sorted a replacement for me….. The Sunflower Cup & Saucer is absolutely amazing, is bigger than I thought it would be and I am so happy with it….. Would not hesitate in ordering off Made With Love & Sparkle again in the future.

Having recently lost one of our beloved dogs I was looking for a memorial for her. I ordered the acrylic paw print that can be personalised with pictures and writing. I recently ordered a wooden easter box after ordering 3 the year before. They are all beautifully designed and the kids absolutely love them. There was a slight anomaly with the last one compared to the other 3 and without quibble they created me a new one to fit in with the others. Absolutely amazing customer service and would not hesitate to highly recommend this amazing company.

I purchased an Easter crate quiet late and didnt think it would arrive in time, but it did and it is beautiful.
