Excellent customer service. I ordered a few days before Mother’s Day just before the last guaranteed delivery and it came with one name wrong. Contacted them and within 24 hours they had a replacement delivered, still in time for Mother’s Day. I will definitely be ordering other products from here.

Ordered two personalised vases, arrived and lovely quality and product, unfortunately one of the vases wasn’t mine, they very quickly refunded.

Really loved my personalised gift for my mums Mother’s Day, had slight spelling mistake and the company was really quick at fixing it and sending me a replacement would recommend 100% and will be purchasing again from them in the future

Purchased the gold glitter heart balloon print. Fantastic customer service. 1st print had a spelling mistake, 2nd print sent out faster than the 1st one. very grateful. Cannot fault this company at all. Would definitely order from again and recommend to people.

I ordered 2 x train signs with standard dispatch. I emailed on the Thursday saying I needed them sooner. They emailed me the payment link to pay for priority dispatch. Both items arrived Saturday morning. I’m so grateful as these were gifts that had to get to the recipient asap. The train signs were stunning - much better than I had expected. I ordered a personalised plaque for a friends 60th. Sadly it arrived in a badly damaged packaging and was actually broken but when they were informed of this they sent me a replacement immediately and I am very happy with the plaque and their customer care

I purchased a weekly menu planner and when it came our name was spelt wrong. I contacted MWLS and the customer care team came back to me straight away. They couldn't apologise enough and arranged for a replacement to be sent out. The new planner arrived today and it is beautiful, I am very pleased with it, and the customer service was excellent.

I originally placed the order and the speed of despatch was great. However, the courier unfortunately lost my parcel. This is actually when they proved just how good they are! They checked with the courier and within hours came back, apologised and agreed to despatch a new product immediately. It was received within a few day and I could not be happier. Highly recommend the service and the product. Carry on doing what you are doing, we will definitely be buying from you again in the future
