Bad customer service
I ordered a skirt that was said to be delivered to a parcel shop, but it was not there when I went to get it. I wrote to customer service because they have to require information about its whereabouts, but I did not get any feedback.

Bad delivery and customer service
Don't order from this shop (if you don't live in Denmark!)
First time ordering my package was just returned while on the way to the drop off point for no reason. Second time ordering the delivered it to a completely from pick off point that I could not even reach.
Customer service barely speaks any english and in no way tried to understand/fix the issue. Very strange contact.

Untrustworthy
Attention: Untrustworthy! I don’t know what’s wrong with that shop, but they don’t accept returns even if they are in time. Return forms are only available on the website, connected to the order number. But the system doesn’t allow the return. The customer service is not answering to emails at all. No reaction! That behavior is beyond the pale. I van absolutely not recommend that shop.
