TERRIBLE SERVICE
The delivery driver was rude and did not want to deliver the items to my house. He tried every way to get out of delivering it. He said he had been trying to get people to refuse their package because he wants to go home. He told me he couldn't get his truck on the hill where my house is and I told him that's ok he could walk the items (large TV's) up the hill. Miraculously the truck could then go up on my hill. Then he wanted to leave my packages outside after I helped him unload the items because he had no help. I contacted his supervisor and he didn't want to listen he really didn't care if his driver worked or not.
Pathetic Service
Unprofessional and non communicative. In future, I will cancel any/all order that is using this piece of shiit delivery service.
Folks save yourself time and $. Their drivers will NOT answer your calls.
No Service
No Service. Communication very poor to non existing. Not sure if the portal is even being monitored as there is no feedback on complaints or uploading documents or disputes. It takes more than a week for a payment to be processed. Charge late payment fees even if it is due to not receiving feedback from them with regards to invoices issued.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!
My experience with Maersk’s delivery service was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. The drivers arrived two hours late, despite a scheduled noon delivery window. They were also supposed to call 30 minutes before arrival and didn't.
When the truck finally arrived without notice, the delivery team ignored my clear instructions to bring the TV discreetly through my garage. Instead, they carried my brand-new 77” LG OLED TV HALFWAY DOWN THE STREET AND WALKED PAST MY HOUSE, exposing the delivery, risking damage, and putting my privacy and safety at risk.
I had to run outside and tell them to bring it back DOWN THE STREET.
For a company handling expensive, fragile electronics, this level of disregard for communication, timeliness, and basic professionalism is unacceptable. Based on this experience — and seeing similar reviews from others — I strongly caution anyone relying on Maersk for large-item deliveries.

Terrible communication and terrible company - incredibly frustrating when they rescheduled my delivery without any communication whatsoever. If I hadn’t called customer service to locate my package then they would have had it sitting in a warehouse for eternity. This was after I had specifically scheduled a delivery time online and even received a confirmation email that gave me false hope. 0/10

Terrible communication. After many attempts they will not return calls. Delayed delivery with no end in sight now. Useless webpage updates. Package sat within miles well over a week. They will not honor the scheduled delivery times. Hard to believe that this so called shipping company has survived.
Terrible service provider
Terrible service provider! You don't get answers, nobody helps. I paid my invoice days ago and they are still not releasing my container causing additional charges, delays and disruptions with my clients.

Amazon.it split my order into four Maersk parcels sent to my US address and the tracking for every single one of them took two weeks to update, only to display the most baroque jargon I have ever seen "Manifested but did not arrive at origin" and "Parcel sidelined and will require interception as it will not be cleared for import". Zero explanation what this means on their website. Their support tells you to contact the seller. NONE of the parcels ended up arriving. Amazon refunded my entire order. The INCOMPETENCE and DISDAIN exhibited by Maersk e-Commerce is beyond comprehension. The worst shipping company in history for parcel delivery, and it is not even close. Even POSTNORD looks like a saint by comparison.

Absolutely disgraceful service
Absolutely disgraceful service. I was to receive a parcel today with the correct address, I've been waiting on this for nearly 2 weeks and it's in my town but yet they claim incorrect address. Are you kidding me with this. Oh no you can't ring them & their contact form taken 2 days to respond, which means my package will be returned by then.
Never ever deal with this company.
Worst onboarding
They did everything to reject me as a new customer.
- They have email address policy - you can provide all business and personal documents enough to identify you and sent it from the corporate domain but if your email is not name.surname @ your business web you will be rejected
- They requested scan of the company docs with a stamp instead of governmentally digitally signed version I provided
- They requested me to register new email (third one, after mentioned first one and second one name.surname) which is not achievable as I have only one name and surname and only one corporate website! And then register again with the same data
- They finally reject with explanation that 24 hours passed after they contact their (!) local office. However they tried to contact it after several days!
Looks like sort of discrimination as it can't be regular business process.

Delivery Dispatcher called me that morning and let me know that the driver would call me 1 hour prior to arrival. At 12:35, driver called and said he was an hour out. I left work at 1:20 to meet him. At 3:25, driver was a no show. I texted the dispatcher to see what was going on. No response.
At 3:58, a neighbor told me that my crate was sitting in her driveway. Please note that everything had the correct address on the pallet: 2008 B*** Way. It was delivered to 5200 M*** Loop. Wrong number. Wrong street. I immediately texted the driver that he delivered to the wrong house. I saw that he read the message right away.
I texted the dispatcher at 4:12 and explained we were due for a big thunderstorm to blow in at 5pm and that the pallet was electronics and labeled "Keep Dry”. I told her I had no way to move the 300# pallet to my house from where he left it. Within a few minutes, said the driver was on his way back, but was 45 minutes out. I asked that she ask him to hurry due to the weather. She agreed.
Since his “hour out” the last time was 3 hours, I drove to my work to borrow a pallet jack, had to load said pallet jack into my personal car (not truck) and bring it home. Then had to unload it and relocate the crate. After 5 (when driver should have been there), I let the dispatcher know what I had done.
If I had left it and waited for the driver, it would have gotten damaged by the storm (tore off shingles in the neighborhood and flooded the nearby creeks). Would have been a claim in the thousands. I requested reimbursement for a car detailing (from lugging the pallet jack in my personal car) and for lost wages (I lost 3 hours of work because driver was not there when he initially said he would be). Driver delivered to the wrong house number, on the wrong street, and even was audacious enough to forge my signature (since one was required). Mike Hess confirmed payment was stopped to their contracted agent, but he ignored my request for compensation.
Very poor service
Very poor service, this is the second time I have used their service to ship a container from the US to Armenia, the ships' final destination is Poti in Georgia, and again the dates keep changing, there are constant delays, especially in Ambarli (Turkey), why does the ship stay in Ambarli for a month?
Extremely slow and unreliable
The order, according to their tracking system, arrived in Aurora, CO on Wednesday. It took until Friday to get it from Aurora to Centennial, an adjacent town. I called to check on the package (9 boxes containing a rather expensive handmade dining table) and they assured me it would be delivered on Monday by 11am. It wasn't. I called back to find they hadn't scheduled it on a truck after talking to me. I now will be waiting until Tuesday afternoon to get my packages. I'm recommending to the company where I made the purchase that they use a different shipper in the future.
