This may affect how those meals are seasoned. The cooking instructions and times listed on the meals may need to be adjusted to prevent overcooking. These times vary based on the microwave. Some foods taste fake and not very tasty. Containers come broken & plastic film over top sometimes is open. The plastic film is either tough to open or rips easily.

Chicken with pasta dish: 2 starches in one meal; both vegetables were orange and mushy; meal was tasteless and had a worrisome amount of protein; sauce added nothing. I'm sorry to be so critical. Last night's breaded fish was better.

We wanted to share that we did look into this and the delay was caused by Fedex. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the carrier once the delivery leaves our facility. There can be circumstances beyond our control that can sometimes cause delays in deliveries. When this happens, if the delivery is received in an unfavorable condition, we are happy to provide a replacement or a refund for the package. Again, we are sincerely sorry about the issue.
