Beautiful and quality products. Ordered four (4) items but initially delivered only three (3), missing out the necklace. Reported immediately and they responded fast. Actioned solution and sent missing item after a week in good condition.

Support center is really good and responsive but the shipment is below average.

The product seems to be good. Although, it's not exactly as shown in videos, it's a shade darker but it's a different piece than the other jewelry I have. All in all a good product.

Beautiful thing takes time to wait. I waited more than 40 days to get Auroral necklace. The auroral light inside the stone is so beautiful.

I bought the set of the Aurora and the simple moonstone earrings 7 May 2020, it arrived 5 July 2020, I received late because of the covid restriction and the moment it arrived in my city, I was out of the country for 3 months, so I just picked it up today 6 Dec 2020. The moment I opened my package, "wow!😍😍😍" I'm really satisfied. It's really beautiful!! Worth the wait!

I have ordered from magick twice now and have been very impressed with the quality of products. The white aurora and Atlantis sets are very striking and I could spend all day watching the colour change. I was slightly disappointed in the size of the moonstone necklace, which is a bit smaller than a penny coin. However still very pretty.
