Very poor. Trying to get Info and pricing on a Villa in Lanzarote on the online chat - Speaking to someone then decide to end the chat. Then tried speaking to someone else who also ended the chat.

Absolute disgrace & would NOT be using or going through this Travel agency.

I've booked a trip to Milan in December with 2 very good friends. I emailed to ask when we'd receive the train tickets through the Swiss mountains and Paul Ahmed sent them the every next day. It's a great company and we also pay our holiday up every month which makes it more affordable.

John has been absolutely brilliant in arranging my holiday, and the booking was so simple and stress free.

We had a very good experience with Austin and truly appreciate the excellent service he provided. He took his time to help us find a very nice hotel and made sure everything was comfortable and well arranged for us.

We’ve just returned from Rhodes and, although the holiday itself was very good, the “Premium” upgrade sold to us by Magic Trips was a complete misrepresentation.
There was no Premium service whatsoever. Not a single element of the advertised upgrade existed in practice. Every guest we spoke to received exactly the same service and inclusions, despite paying nothing extra. In other words, we paid for an upgrade that simply did not exist.
I contacted MagicTrips.com for an explanation. They have ignored my email. No acknowledgement, no clarification, no attempt to resolve the issue.
At this point it is impossible to avoid the conclusion that Magic Trips is charging customers for fictional package upgrades and then refusing to engage when challenged.
Extremely disappointing and absolutely not what we paid for and we will not be using them again!

Absolutely fantastic service. Messaged in the morning, and was sorted and booked by afternoon. John was a brilliant help, talked me through everything, explained everything. Made the whole process simply. Highly recommend
