Unstable and unusable software
I just reinstalled their video editor Vegas watever version 17, remember been using their software a bunch if years ago. Forgot how unstable is and why I went for other options.
Straight to the trash bin.

Music Maker charges and horrible customer experience
I recently purchased a MUSIC MAKER 2024 PREMIUM & Loops Unlimited (annual). Magix page clearly says, that the product already contains the Unlimited Loops (annual subscription) After installing the application, Unlimited loops didn’t occur and when I clicked on Loops Unlimited, it charged me additional 149.88 Euros straight away!!!!
I sent several emails to their support team with no reaponse at all for almost a month. Worst customer experience ever.

I bought the Magix VCR to digital converter. Had considerable problems obtaining the correct software as the software came on a CD, and I don't have a disc drive. The device then worked ok for three tapes, but then failed. Customer support unhelpful. Do not buy.

Magix Music Maker tech team have been very quickly responsive and helpful on both occcasions when I've needed them. The product itself is good, and relatively easy to use - although I have had some issues where very suddenly it will 'forget' the effects I have assigned to each track and I have to re-apply - other than that - great.
