James Crofts from Guernsey was absolutely brilliant. He went above and beyond to help us, and we managed to get the kitchen designed and ordered so quickly. I really can’t recommend James highly enough, and we’re also really impressed with the product. Excellent service from start to finish!

The Magnet branch in Macclesfield has a show room with a good range of assembled kitchen furniture, appliances and accessories as well as a large assortment of loose panels of various colours and finishes to suit just about everyone’s taste. We were able to borrow a few of these panels to contrast with our home decoration making our final colour choice that much easier from the extensive range available.
Kyle was our sales person and designer, he was very professional and with his extensive knowledge he was able to offer good advice on various design options which we considered as well as other essential services. Kyle kept us well informed of the various stages of the planned installation and arranged/co-ordinated the removal of the old kitchen, installation of the new one with the fitter and measuring/fitting of the quartz worktops. The pre-assembled units arrived exactly on date and so did the fitter with the installation completed on schedule.
We are delighted with our new kitchen the style, layout, colour and quality of the build are first class with the quartz worktops/splash backs adding that final and perfect touch.
We thank Kyle and Magnet very much for our lovely kitchen as well as Kyle's assistance and service in all matters concerned and also the other staff at the branch.

Lisa was great. Listened to our ideas and incorporated them into the design while making clever suggestions which made all the difference. A fun experience, no pressure to buy.

Very pleased with the experience with the Magnet Wimbledon branch, specifically a shout out to Santa Astrauskaite, our designer, and Martin Putt, our fitter.
The process was smooth regarding designing - Santa was very reachable via emails and calls. The design is everything we wished for and she made sure the price was within our budget especially with appliances etc.
Martin was one of Magnets installers. Again, very reachable and started the job on time - working through one of the many heatwaves and the awkward access to our flat! The kitchen was finished to a high quality.
We are very happy with the kitchen and would use magnet again.

Would advise against getting a kitchen from Magnet. Absolutely fed up with them - nearly 4 months and still not finished!!! So many problems - this should be a happy experience but definitely not!!
Spent over £16,000 on this kitchen and expected top service- between Magnet Oxford and the fitters Absolutely a nightmare.
And we have gone to complaints at head office but can't open complaint until kitchen finished!!!!!
If don't sort it soon we will get ombudsman involved.

6 months prior to our renovation project and on a positive recommendation, we visited the Magnet showroom in Yeovil to help find the kitchen layout bespoke to our property.

From our initial design appointment to the kitchen fitment completion - the level of professionalism and outstanding customer support by the Yeovil team was exemplary.

Special recognition has to be given to store manager Anne-Marie, as a clearly experienced and passionate kitchen designer, no matter how many times we wanted to tweak our initial design (even up to a few weeks before planned delivery) she would professionally advise against or in support of our tweaks.

The end result has far exceeded the vision we had and blown our mind of how our home has been transformed to a standard beyond our expectations, for a very competitive cost.

I cannot recommend Anne-Marie Owen and all her Team at the Magnet Yeovil Showroom highly enough - an exceptionally talented and dedicated team that clearly take pride in their standards and customer service values.

We were greeted with a warm welcome and allowed time to browse before being given helpful guidance by Cindy at the Corstorphine branch to assist us in making an informed decision.
At our follow up design appointment, it was lovely to be able to see the kitchen design in 3d and make changes as we went along.

We attended The Cribbs Causeway branch after a recommendation from a friend and I am so glad we did! We were welcomed by a lovely Kitchen designer called Marta. From start to finish the communication and support we received was fantastic! Nothing was too much! Marta’s eye for detail is impeccable and she really does get the best out of your kitchen space.

The appliances recommended, quality of the kitchen and fitting were also fantastic!

We really are so impressed with our beautiful new kitchen it has superseded our expectations!!!

We've had such a smooth experience working with Bradley Gosling at the Newport branch. We had our kitchen planned with 3 companies, and Magnet provided us with the best and most confident experience of all. Every concern we had was dealt with efficiently, everything was double checked and it is a beautiful kitchen. Even now, almost a year later, the service was impeccable, we needed a replacement cabinet handle that we lost and a replacement extractor fan that was broken during installation, and both were sorted/ordered the same day with no issues.

Elizabeth at the Guiseley store is the one responsible for creating a kitchen that definitely aligned with our needs and dreams, perfectly chosen cabinet colours and features that were a direct opposite of the dated one we inherited when we first moved here. It in fact surpassed our expectations of what could be done in the limited space we had, realised by Rob the fitter who tirelessly worked to create what we now have, I have never witnessed a more able and hardworking bloke as him, and a nice helpful person too who provided real quality in the job.
Overall extremely pleased with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this branch.

Design is similar to what we already have but we wanted this to be lifted to today’s levels, some parts are good others not so, currently looking into re-arranging some features to accommodate this kitchen design.

i have just purchased a magnet kitchen from leatherhead branch whilst the salesman daniel was relatively helpful i did find him overbearing at times and set me hard deadlines there was no deal struck no nice incentives and nothing thrown in overall the kitchen was expensive at £8,000 for cupboards only NO EXTRAS the price kept bumping up if i even dared to ask about a sink or anything else it was delivered on time the doors although described as soft closing you do have to go back and shut them as its they are very very slow to close all in all if i did it again i think i would of gone elsewhere as i didnt feel like i got the best product for the best price and i know learnt along the way john lewis do kitchens i did not know that.

From start to finish, Elly MacDonald from the St Phillips Bristol branch has been wonderful. She understood our vision before we did and gently steered us in the right direction. We LOVE our kitchen, communication has always been prompt and helpful and nothing has ever been too much trouble. Elly really went above and beyond and we are so thankful. Manger Miles was also brilliant. Thank you Elly and Magnet!

Alice was very friendly, and I love the look of my kitchen, but honestly as soon as the money has been paid you will notice the service level dropping significantly.

I am currently having an issue with my worktop, which I have reported to them 6 weeks ago, and still I have no resolution. When I chased them again, they had the third party company calling me (who blamed the fourth party), rather than handling it themselves, even though I signed my contract with Magnet Kitchens and paid my money to Magnet Kitchens.

Simply feels as if they happily wash their hands of responsibility under the guise of "we're at the mercy of hearing back as well", and in the meantime I'm sat here with an unfinished kitchen.

Magnet were good from start to finish and ensured the kitchen was done before Christmas despite a small hiccup not their fault.
Mim Field From magnet in Dundee was very helpful and did not push any sales, she listened to what we needed and delivered the perfect kitchen.

I cannot fault the installer that magnet use he was amazing 🤩

Overall a good experience

After looking at several kitchen suppliers we decided to go with Magnet kitchens Dundee. We were very impressed with the price and build standard of the product compared with other suppliers. We chose the J pull Luna kitchen in Limestone with Statuarietto worktop. We were helped immensly by our designer Mim Field's expert knowlage of the product. She listened to our ideas and helped us arrive at the best solution. From the first home visit for measuring to the final visit after installation we could not have been happier with the service. The 3d perspectives were fantastic and gave us a true impression of the finished kitchen. The completed Kitchen is exactly what my wife wanted, bright with plenty of workspace and all modern easy clean appliances. We would certainly reccomend Magnet to anyone looking for a Kitchen.

Great experience with Magnet in Dundee. We have a very large kitchen so needed a lot of support with the design to make the best use of the space. I also have a disability so wanted to take the opportunity when designing the new space to make all of the spaces easy to access. We worked with Mim Field who was knowledgeable and totally got what we were looking for. The options for pull outs, carousel units etc were excellent.

Yes, it is a little more expensive than some suppliers but the quality of the kitchen and the quality of the service is worth it.

We had a couple of small issues with a damaged part on delivery and some fittings missing but they were super quick to resolve this. Even came to do an inspection once installation was complete.

Our last kitchen was from Magnet, which looked as good as new after 11 years so we knew the high quality construction & finish of the products and therefore, when we moved a year ago, we had no hesitation in choosing them for our new kitchen project.

From the moment we entered the Cardiff Showroom and met Kerry (Farrell) our designer we knew that we were in safe hands. Kerry quickly understood how the new kitchen had to work for us in every aspect, including a work space for my home based biscuit business, a beautiful entertaining space for friends and family and a practical well planned utility room leading from the main kitchen.

Kerry is a consummate professional, extremely patient and a creative problem solver. She listened to our ideas, needs & wants and planning our kitchen became a real partnership experience.

We visited the showroom several times before the order was finally submitted. Those visits ranged from just 'tweaking' the plan to us having to rethink an area completely, but at no time did Kerry ever make us feel that we were a burden or causing her a headache (although I think we must have at times!!)

Kerry met every one of those challenges with kindness, patience & a smile and came up with at least one solution, if not two or three.

The other person we must give a mention to is Simon the kitchen fitter - he took Kerry's plan and brought it to life. Again, he was a very professional, skilled craftsman making some necessary adjustments as he worked in some awkward spaces with such creativity and care. He was a pleasure to have in our home.

A couple of weeks ago we invited Kerry to come and see the finished kitchen and it was so lovely to be able share with her what she had planned on her computer all those weeks ago. What a skill she has!!

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen & utility room & from the start of the process to the end we received a 5* service and we would have no hesitation in recommending Magnet, Kerry & Simon to anyone who might be considering a 'like for like' refit or a complete renovation like us.
