We have had our new kitchen from magnet Leicester and had a great experience. Jon Allen from the Leicester showroom really helped and guided us and nothing was too much trouble when we wanted to make changes to the initial design. The rest of the team was also great and always helpful. I would absolutely recommend magnet for new kitchens.

The best!
We bought a kitchen over the winter 2026 in magnet Wimbledon and we chose magnet after having gone through all the other main shops ( Wickes, B&q, wren, etc). We chose magnet for various reasons one was for the exceptional service we received from one of their employees Santa Astrauskaite. We had an appointment with the branch to go through what we thought we wanted. She spent around 2 hours with us, patiently listen to what we dreamed our kitchen to be and then drawing that dream on the computer. Exactly as we wanted it with extra modern features that she added on her own interpretation of our ideal kitchen and all of this within our very low budget. She gave us idea on how to make our ideas fit into out budget with small tweaks here and there. She made sure our quote was no more than what we asked and followed us throughout all the process. Came home herself, took the measurements and then adjusted the project a little bit to make sure all was done properly. When the kitchen was fitted in from our own builders and they had made a mistake she called us immediately and discussed with us what we could do at that point. Overall we could not be any happier and we have our kitchen for around 6 months now and it's just as beautiful as day one! Thank you ❣️

I cannot recommend Dan Jones at Magnet Kitchens, Sheepscar, Leeds highly enough. From the very first appointment Dan was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and listened to what I wanted. He took the time to design my new kitchen with such care and attention to detail, offering helpful advice and great ideas while always making sure it reflected my vision. Dan has been amazing throughout the entire process, nothing was too much trouble and was always there to answer any questions or concerns that I had. This is my third Magnet kitchen
This is my third Magnet kitchen over the last 40 years in three different properties I’ve lived in. Every kitchen has withstood the test of time. My latest one was again from the St Austell branch of Magnet where Jack & Ross were so helpful in helping me to design what I could fit into the area I had. I was kept informed on delivery dates & the ready assembled units were delivered on the day & time given. A slight tweak on one of the units was organised by Jack & a different unit was exchange within a few days so as not to hold up the fitting. I also purchased the integrated white goods & I am also very pleased with those. The St Austell showroom had a good selection to view & the staff are so friendly, welcoming & helpful & will work around your budget, nothing was rushed. I also liked that you can sign into your Magnet account & view your order, send & receive messages about you order with a good response time.

Plymouth - Excellent level of service & expertise
After considering products from other manufacturers in the Plymouth area (including Wrens) we found the kitchens offered by Magnet to be of superior quality. In addition the Senior Kitchen Designer David was extremely experienced and patiently discussed several changes to our design with no pressure for a sale. In fact all the staff in the Plymouth branch were friendly and helpful whenever we went in and we would 100% recommend Magnet for kitchens to friends and family in the future.

Friendly, very helpful and very approachable.
Our experience was because when we first walked through the door there was no ‘hard sell’, which we really appreciated. The staff just left us be, they were there if we needed them. We eventually chose our kitchen, then arranged to have a’design’ appointment. Throughout we were looked after by Paulina and Cameron from the Crewe branch, Cheshire. They were so helpful, friendly and approachable. This is very rare for me to do a review but for recognising these 2 colleagues, they deserve a special thank you.

Thanks Magnet At Branksome for our Beautiful kitchen
Just recently we have had the most excellent experience from Magnet at Branksome who designed and completed our new kitchen which took about 10 weeks start to finish. The original recommendation to use this shop came from my daughter who went through the whole experience as we did.
We used the same designer, Darren, who was so professional and knowledgeable about everything to do with the Magnet product. His design from start to finish was absolutely brilliant.
We had major work done in the kitchen from removing walls, re-plastering, electrics, new floor, new pipe work etc etc. The building work was undertaken by a husband and wife team who did everything from start to finish, including all the decorating too. Richard and Dawn were so professional, clean, tidy, they had a very fine eye to detail, which pleased me so much as I’m an ex engineer with the same outlook on how things are done. Richard & Dawn knew the Magnet product so well and the standard of fitting was perfect in everyway. We had a stone worktop fitted by an outside company, all arranged through Magnet, and the two young lads who fitted that were very very good too.
All in all, our experience and support from the whole Magnet team was just perfect in every way possible. Thank you to Lizi, Darren, Richard & Dawn and everyone else at Magnet Branksome for transforming our kitchen and making it look so modern now

My lovely kitchen.
Magnet had the units and worktop which I liked besr. The sales reps were helpful without doing a hard sell. The kitchen designer listened carefully to my needs and adjusted the plan accordingly. I think the units and appliances were a good price for their quality.
My kitchen designer, Georgia from Portsmouth was very organised and thought of everything. She had a pride in doing a good job that was reflected in her design and customer service.

So disappointing, stressful and expensive
So disappointing. After paying ~£14k nearly a year ago I'm still left with bare kitchen walls with holes and exposed wires after the original joiner took all the tiles off and the replacement joiner ghosted me. Wouldn't go near this company again. Such a stressful and expensive experience after paying so much money. Really unimpressed with how the manager of the Dunfermline branch handled the issues (or didn't handle!).
