Toby Rennie from the Salisbury branch has been outstanding so far in designing and quoting our kitchen. As we approach installation, he’s been polite, courteous, and professional every step of the way. We’re confident the next stage will be just as smooth.

Alex Coopey and the installation team at Leicester, headed by Kev Griffin, provided inspiration and realisation of my kitchen project.

It went smoothly and the inevitable little hitches were resolved without issue.

Was very pleased I went for the all inclusive service as whilst it cost a little more the ease of dealing with what is, inevitably, a disruptive domestic process was worth it for me.

Signed up for an on line consultation for a magnet kitchen , iv previously had a magnet kitchen and customer services were excellent but that was back in 1998 , anyway followed all instructions , signed up, measured all walls ceiling height , doors windows ect , drew the plan as requested sent everything in for my 1 hour free consultation, connected with the consultant who explained that it wasn’t his computer and his name wasn’t lester hill , anyway we spoke of a few options , but very basic , and as I’m not familiar with unit sizes options available, not sure who was consulting who , after around 30/35 mins he said he had all the information he needed and would forward a plan costing the next day as he wasn’t on his own computer and that was the last I heard 🤔

I have had 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens fitted in the past, and this is the first time I have been expected to provide my own measurements. It would appear that this is what the company expect. After agreeing the design and paying the deposit, the designer is coming to measure up and I have been told to bear in mind that the design was costed according to the rough measurement I gave. Having paid the deposit I am stuck! This has not been a good experience.
