Excellent customer service. Responsive and knowledgeable.
Adaptable to changes and ideas.

Had a kitchen designed and agreed the quote, then their surveyor visited, then went back for the second appointment. They wanted slight changes due to the size of a couple of units, as the measurements by the surveyor were a little different to the ones taken by the person doing the quote, the price went up by over £1000 for tiny adjustments. I wasn’t happy so needed time to think, I decided not to go ahead and informed them. Sales person called me to try and persuade me but he was quite rude. That was two weeks ago and still no refund of my deposit, even though I spoke to their office after that first call, they claim refund is a long procedure, someone has to request it from headquarters etc. Not good enough!

Excellent service from the Magnet team at Worcester. They answered all our queries quickly and were always supportive throughout the process.
A special thank you to Lucinda, who was absoloutely fantastic. Choosing a new kitchen can be overwhelming,but she took the time to guide us through our options and gave us the confidence to make the right choices. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and her patience/knowledge made the whole experience so much easier.

We bought our kitchen from magnet dealing with Andy Kirkpatrick in Leith Walk Edinburgh. This is the second magnet kitchen we've had. Andy was really fantastic right from the start and until (and after) our kitchen was finally delivered. From helping our design choices, finishings and also being flexible when our own kitchen plans were delayed due to the builders. And resolving some minor issues afterwards. We like the options magnet provide and overall the kitchens are of a high quality. Would highly recommend. Thanks Andy.

Magnets are quite frankly the worst company I have has the misfortune to deal with. They designed a kitchen which they could not deliver, caused undue delays in delivery, supplied the wrong sized cupboards and doors. failed to deliver the size of cupboard that were on their own delivery note. We had wait 20 weeks for them to deliver the correct doors and even after all that time they arrived without handles. I would not use this company ever again. One star is too high a rating.

We are looking for a new kitchen for our house and went to Magnet Beckenham couple weeks ago. Hasan was the designer welcoming me and my wife. He is such a professional, passionate and knowledgable designer. From the first introduction of different kitchen ranges to the final solution design, he showed a great care to our ideas and questions, most important gave us valuable advices throughout, which really made us feel at home and our demand was being well cared. I would recommend Hasan and Magnet Beckenham branch to anyone who are buying new kitchen from the competative market nowadays. The services from Magnet and Hasan won't let you down !

Tania is very professional. She was calm and thoughtful throughout our numerous consultations with her. We certainly posed some challenges which she dealt with easily. One of the great advantages of working with Tania on our project was that she always had good ideas and solutions. Tania is an all round consummate professional. We worked with Andrew Kirkpatrick from the Leith branch of Magnet and would highly recommend working with him to make your kitchen.

We never felt rushed and Andrew was friendly, open, supportive and ingenuitive when it came to pulling together a design that suited our taste, space and budget. He walked us through all of our options, met with us several times over the process of us making decisions and was available to answer all of our questions (and since we were installing ourselves, we had plenty!)

Any questions or concerns were met with genuinely useful solutions and options and honest answers. The budget was always transparent and Andrew even worked with us to make savings and weigh up design options. He even managed to meet all our storage needs even in a small space.

Delivery was easy and swift too!

We had a positive experience with Magnet Wimbledon. Tania Raizada was very knowledgable about all the options and pros and cons of each option, including financing and worktops. It was excellent customer service.

Terrible experience. As soon as deposit is paid you have to chase chase chase for responses. Kitchen arrived for fitting with no pre drilled holes and single wooden piece for a set of shelves in Island! Non of this was communicated to us during purchase - fit that should have take 1.5days now taken 4days of extra cost Would not recommend!!

Paul cowey was very helpful with all recent orders and full of knowledge on tricky situations for jobs.

We recently visited magnet in Gloucester after deciding to have a new extension, which would include a new kitchen. We were greeted by Charlotte who was friendly and helpful. They have a great showroom we were even offered a drink whilst we looked around which was a nice touch. We look forward to coming back once our plans are drawn up.

Do not use Magent. Its was such a bad decision to use these. The material they use is cheap and warps quickly. You take it to their warranty team and they tell you they wont do nothing about it. £12,000 for a kitchen that's falling apart in less than 1 year! Avoid

Answering all questions and being on time

After looking around many other kitchen places we settled on Magnet.
This was mainly due to Mitchell Gorman who works in the Doncaster Branch.
We had encountered many smarmy, arrogant sales man on our search and Mitchell was a breath of fresh air.
He listened to exactly what we wanted and helped design a kitchen that we were told else where wasn’t possible to fit in. He assured us it was and thank god we listened.
I’m very fussy and after the initial delivery I changed my mind on a few aspects of the design.
This was never a problem, I simply messaged Mitchell through the handy Magnet app and he quickly got this sorted. We had a bit of a wait to swap the items but he personally came to have a look on the progress and deliver them for us. He was amazing from start to finish.
We also preferred magnet over other companies due to their better design of some of the corner units.
My only negative was the grill for under a the oven and fridges are quite open so you could see under the kickboards and we hadn’t put flooring all the way back so it didn’t look great. I bought insect netting from Amazon which my fitter secured over the grill which quickly resolved the issue. Something maybe Magnet needs to look into.
All in all very happy with our kitchen and the service we received.

Absolutely loved our designing appointment at Magnet, we had a really fab experience with Eloise (Davidson) at the Bristol St Philips Branch. She was really helpful, super knowledgable and gently guided us to make the right decisions to make a gorgeous design for our kitchen. The in store designing software was also great at helping us to be able to see our ideas as realistically as possible.
I'd highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a kitchen upgrade.

From my very initial enquiry on line to the easy to follow self measurement diagram submitted to the very polite non pushy & helpful telephone call from my local Stratford upon Avon branch ~ my experience at Magnet just got better when meeting the design consultant Imogen Hearn. On arrival Imogen had already created a draft layout new kitchen design, having noted my various requirements ie walk in larder, waste disposal cupboard etc., it was then so easy to visualise & touch & feel the chosen kitchen, work tops & accessories in a beautifully cool showroom. Imogen listened to me & gave me some great advice & together I feel confident that my new kitchen is going to be just what I had envisaged. I left with a detailed quotation & full colour layout design plan with no hard sell or asking for a deposit which I really appreciated. After, a home visit by Imogen to confirm exact measurements & answer a few queries that you don’t remember sitting in a showroom ~ everything was agreed & I happily paid a deposit. I’m so looking forward to the end result, as I feel so happy with Imogen’s expertise, help, professionalism and above all her gentle but positive manner.

We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen from Magnet in Chester! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Craig's design is absolutely wonderful; he managed to make the space look beautiful while ensuring it’s incredibly easy to work in.
A huge thank you also goes to Bob, who installed it. He was fantastic—so hardworking, deeply knowledgeable about Magnet products, and meticulous with his attention to detail. We highly recommend them both to anyone looking to make their kitchen dreams come true!
