These lashes are useless. Do not work as advertised. Customer service is even worse than the product.

I purchased a set of lashes from them FOUR YEARS ago and to this day i have not recieved them. The oringnal back and forth emails with the company now link to a fake jackpot winning website.

PLEASE BE AWARE THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY WHO BUY IN 5 STAR REVIEWS AS SEEN ON THE BBC NEWS!!!

Awful placed an order 6 months ago no products and no email response extremely dissatisfied in the lack of service, response or professionalism and being ripped of over $100. Honestly went with Moxie far better received my items in no time and the service was amazing. Still have not had a response or my items from this company.

This company is a scam! And they actually have Kourtney Kardashian as a spokesperson? They took my money. All total I paid $96.99 and paid $24.99 for expedited shipping on April 10th and I have received no response from them, No merchandise. They are thieves. Do not buy. Will be taking this further.

Absolute scam. Do not purchase! I placed an order months 3 months ago, money has been taken from my account, and not one word from them since. Haven’t received my order, nor been notified of it’s dispatch. Have contacted their customer service 9 times!!!! They have not once responded.

Saw this on amazon thought I would pay the £3 join up fee just had a feeling it wasn't right went on the cancel subscription the page wasn't recognised the company went under the nameITechZhopCentre.com that wasn't recognised either doing a bit of research found out that this was the company.
Phoned my bank to cancel my card so they couldn't take any more money.
Think I was lucky just lost £3 could have been alot more

This company took my money over 6 months ago and has not sent my order. I have a log of emails that have transpired with 15 different people and no one has resolved. They took my money and continue to make up excuses as to why I have NOT received my order. This place is a scam and I am writing to the better business bureau and to Kortney Kardashian and I am going to have her pull her name product because they are making her look bad.
The previous reviews that you have removed were about the same thing so put them back!!!

Zero zero ZERO!! Not worth one star. Customer service is useless, they don't even read what the customer is saying, just reply with whatever to shut the customer up. Now I'm supposedly getting a new package since my original one was returned to them due to it being abandoned in the shipping company because they ignored my emails to update the address but just telling me they will do what they can, which in fact was all lies. My package was returned to them and because my items were returned they went out of stock quickly to I had to change my order. I gave them another chance BIG MISTAKE!! It has been more than 7 business days when in their words my package is a "priority" and I still haven't received a tracking number for a package that based on their services I don't even believe I'm receiving! So until I actually receive some plausible evidence when my package is in my hands, I'd say this company is probably a SCAM.

oh, and when it comes to a refund. In their point of view, I'm supposed to receive a phantom package so the refund procedures can be made. Good to know

Edit: Still no update, customer service promised me a tracking number since June 19 and I have yet to receive it. This is so frustrating!!!! I can't even get a refund without receiving a stupid package that I'm not even sure will reach me.

2nd edit: July 20, still no tracking number. I actually starting to believe that my package doesn't exist.

I will try my best to find a member of higher management in sl lashes email and will be sharing my situation with them providing the emails just to show how scammy their customer service actually is.

The company is hopeless, it took 5 months to arrive the eye-liner was dry it was such a waste of money and time waiting for a product from a company that is disorganised and doesn't live up to its advertising

Phoney products! And Kourtney Kardashian is promoting it? She should be ashamed of herself... The eyelashes itself look pretty and come in a beautiful little box, but the eyeliner that should stick it all together dries up immediately and peels off! The eyelashes only stick for about 30 seconds and then it’s one big mess... Like so many products on the internet : looks good on the internet but sucks in real life. Good thing I have long eyelashes myself, but I regret all the money I have spent in this company!...

It's been 4 months since I ordered from them and have not received my order yet. I contacted the customer service multiple times but received back only excuses. They always give me the same response that the management has shipped the order and that I should receive it soon. The tracking reference they provided was fake too. After 3 months, they claimed all the sudden that my package was lost/stolen so they resent it. It has been another month and of course, I have not received it yet and I don't think I ever will. Total SCAM, don't order from them!

I ordered on 11/12/2020 and still have yet to receive my lashes or tracking updates. Customer service refuses to refund my money. Please do not spend your hard earned money here. MagneticSl please refund my money!

This company is a total scam!! Do NOT buy from them. It’s been three months since my purchase was made and still no product. I continue to get excuse after excuse as to when I’ll get it or why I didn’t. It’s frustrating there isn’t anything you can report on their own site since they’re about to have “more product”.

I ordered from them since October 2020, and everyday I messaged them in their Instagram account and email but they just keep sending the same tracking number which doesn’t exist in UAE shipping companies. I’m so disappointed that it was endorsed by a Kardashan and it’s a scam.

This company is a scam! It's been since Black Friday and I have not received the product. They have given me fake tracking numbers with poor excuses. They refuse to give me a refund. Do not waste your money here. They are fraud pure and simple!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered the product beginning of April 2020 because of all the "great reviews". Took a while to get to me which was ok, 1.5 months, however the mirror was all foggy and scratched up (nothing covering it, just terrible quality, unlike the picture shown) and one of the magnets fell off after 1 use. I contacted them and they said they were sending a replacement. Never arrived. I contacted them again in late October and they advised me they would send out another one which I declined and asked for my money back. They said they would have me refunded " as fast as they could" but never provided a time frame. Several emails later with no response from them, I emailed from another email address and they replied. Once I stated what I was inquiring about, no reply again. I had to reach out to my bank to get a refund, which was not an easy process but it was done. This is a terrible scam company. Their customer service is horrible, how are they still allowed to make sales???

SCAM, don’t buy anything from them, THE GOOD COMMENTS ARE FROM THEIR COMPANY don’t fall for it !! I purchased lashes in august! They keep telling me that they’re going to send them but they never do, and now I’m asking for a refund and they don’t reply to my emails anymore, avoid at all cost. I’m going to press charges until I get a refund, they should be ashamed. ARNAQUE, n’achetez rien chez eux, les bons commentaires sont seulement ceux de l’entreprise (écrit par eux même), j'ai acheté des cils en août! Ils n'arrêtent pas de me dire qu'ils vont les envoyer mais ils ne le font jamais et maintenant que je demande un remboursement ils ne répondent plus à mes e-mails, évitez à tout prix. Je vais porter plainte jusqu'à ce que j'obtienne un remboursement, ils devraient avoir honte.
