Have to update my review as I finally received my order after waiting 4 months. This “company” has the worst customer service. The tracking number they gave never worked. After months of trying to get an answer as to why I hadn’t received my order I eventually received a tracking number that actually worked. They never sent the product when they said they had and the new tracking number showed that they took months to actually send my order. They delete all their customer comments on their Facebook and Instagram and block you if you try and get information.
Now that the lashes have finally arrived I am even more disappointed. Terrible quality and absolutely not worth the heartache of having to deal with this company. BUYER BEWARE! I have never dealt with a company like this and hope that people take the time to research them before wasting their money.

I bought the Kourtney lashes. I loved them. However after 2 uses a magnet came off. I contacted the customer care dept. They were wonderful and are sending a replacement pair. Love them😊

This company and the product are very disappointing. It took 3 months for me to finally get my lashes in the mail. Once received, I tried them and hated them. They are so difficult to put on and they don’t fit, but you can’t trim them because the magnets are on the ends. I spoke to customer service about returning them and getting a refund, but they said they will not take them back or refund me because I opened the package. So now I’m stuck with lashes I can never wear and can’t get my money back. What a joke! I can’t believe Kourtney Kardashian represents this company!

Not one to normally leave reviews but to help others I thought I jot down some words the lashes come in lovely box so easy to use very happy glad I purchased saved a fortune in eye lash extensions

Magnetic SL has the best customer service. They make it right until your happy.

I ordered from this company on May 5, 2020 and have not yet received my order, I sent them a email demanding a refund (my credit card was charged on the day of my order) and they replied that once I receive my order then send it back and only then will they refund me so if I never receive it I will never get a refund, be careful with this company don't order from them.

I ordered from this company on May 9. It is now August 2!! I have received NOTHING but they sure took my money quickly on May 9! They don’t respond to emails and delete my comments on IG. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY.

Took a little bit longer than it has to arrive but that’s okay since I love the product 😍 I swear you’re gonna love them 😁

Magnetic SL is very awesome, one of the tiny magnets actually fell off the eyelash which essentially wouldn’t work to its full description. I informed them and they went ahead and sent me another one I’m very excited and greatful for the great customer service !

I’m surprised Trustpilot is allowing all these fake reviews to be posted.. I have left previous reviews on this company and the experience I’ve. I’d bet my last dollar that the “4-5 star reviews” are all scams. Cmon trust pilot.

Wow reading the real reviews...not the ones with emojies all over them...i actually am gling through the EXACT SAME ISSUES! THEY ARE A SCAM! I actually thought I write the one review because it was exactly what happened to me!! So many emails so many automated responses and tracking numbers that DONT WORK. I hace requested refunds many times!! Ugh so MAD!!

I have never written a review in my life on a product but in an effort to save you time and money....DO NOT ORDER. The company has no inventory. I NEVER RECEIVED THE LASHES and after 8 weeks I had to give up and request a charge back from my credit card company.

Notice how the good reviews are generic users with 1 review. Fake!

These are horrible! I purchased the Kourtney lashes a d they are uncomfortable, look cheap and fake, and the directions they send are not even in English! Horrible customer service as well. They also do not post any reviews that are negative or have low stars which is misleading and dishonest. DO NOT buy from here

🚨 SCAM ALERT🚨
It’s been over 3months and after multiple messages and 3 emails from them stating my packages have been lost and that they have sent a new package Each time I have still not received my orders. They even sent me 3 tracking numbers that did not work!
There are so many people that have been scammed by this company that there are multiple pages on fb for people who have been scammed by them.
I am a mother of 5 and I don’t like to spend money on myself but I decided I would treat myself for my birthday so I ordered from this company. I feel foolish and guilty that I wasted all that money on nothing. But I don’t want any other mothers to feel like this. Please research before you buy from this company!

Just awful, took 3 months to receive product after many emails / fake tracking numbers etc. Awful customer service, when finally received product you can tell cheaply made - awful chemical smell and super weak. I threw directly in garbage because they won’t refund you if you bought it on the kardashian ad...check out the scam groups on fb.

They have great customer service, I had an issue with my lashes and they sent me another one . So happy with my lashes 😊
