Missing items in delivery
Missing items in delivery. Magnet were not helpful. Waited a whole week for replacement. Then they refuse to give an estimated delivery time. When the driver came he said they could have easily called him to get an estimated delivery time. Why are magnet being so awkward?

Expected to wait in for 2 whole days without a delivery time. Might be 3 days as have to replace another item that’s incorrect.

Awful customer service. Made a complaint to customer services- they refuse to put you through to a manager and a manager has not called back.

Came into the Darlington branch to look at some flooring. Harry was very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning.

I recently needed some materials for a small kitchen refurb for a customer. I called my local Swindon branch & spoke with Mark Cuss in the trade side to get some costs & advice. Mark, as always is really knowledgeable about the products, whats in stock & always does his best to assist.

On this occasion he went out of his way to work things out for me, sent it all by email then called me a day or 2 later to inform me of an upcoming trade day & about bulk buy offers etc. The trade day offers meant the kitchen cost would be less on that day, bringing down the cost of the kitchen & then beating a better price from a competitor therefore winning my business for Magnet.

Mark is a great asset to the company.

Jamie's kitchen knowledge at the Skipton branch was exceptional, I would of been hours with the wife if it hadn't been for his help.

Been using magnet Skipton for all my kitchen and joinery requirements for last 5 + years.. Jamie is always helpfull whether it be planning and quoting kitchens .. arranging delivery and sorting out any small issues that arrise.. always provides a great service no matter how big or small the order.. highly recommended 5☆☆☆☆☆

Connor Sudlow - manager of Bromborough, has a really good professional approach and attitude with all my customers that I send in to the store. Turn around to design and delivery of kitchen is very quick. I must admit I usually use Howdens, having used you a couple of times most impressed product and overall service.

Terrible from the off didnt even give us a plan or price after sending 1 hour in Guiseley branch about a very simple small kitchen. I went with Howdens who are excellent from start to finish Avoid Magnet at all costs is my advice. No excuses for this appalling business.

DO not buy a kitchen from this company! They are cowboys and the kitchens are not built for purpose and will be dropping to bits in under 3 years.

I have complained to be told it’s moisture damage. No one has been out, no moisture test have been carried out, the decision was just made.

The previous kitchen had been in for 25 years and was dated but in better quality.

Magent refused to provide details on how to further my claim and have left me with a disgrace of a kitchen.

Please please do not buy a kitchen from them. The customer service is shocking and they will fob you off. I have since done more investigation and it appears this is a common problem of the booth bubbling and endless coming away.

I am planning on taking the matter to the courts! It’s disgusting.

Jess at the Stoke branch saw my vision and knew exactly what it was I wanted and she got it spot on. The kitchen itself is beautiful and we are very pleased with the quality. It was all delivered on time. One cupboard was measured incorrectly but for a large kitchen we can’t complain and Jess sorted this straight away and did a straight swap.
The only reason I have dropped one star is because of the lack of communication over the dishwasher, unfortunately the worktop people drilled screws into the back of the dishwasher which caused my Joiner problems when he went to fit the taps (couldn’t get the dishwasher out & it had to be forced). Finally today the dishwasher has been replaced after waiting a while but unfortunately whilst this wasn’t Jess’s fault the communication over it wasn’t great and I didn’t know what was happening. My Joiner invoiced them for the extra work it created which I believe is still pending.
However, apart from this one issue Jess knew what I wanted, she drew up two options for us and completely delivered on it so for that we are incredibly grateful and I feel proud every time I walk into our kitchen.

I purchased the kitchen worth £7000 and also some of many family but when comes in help we can’t be able to get any response and even getting insulted by your team
It’s absolutely ridiculous and I will report this to trading standards and local coverment Ombasment amd also ask my family to leave the nagative review

Will was so accommodating and helpful, at the plan and design stage. He provided a superb fitter Andy Kilby, who has done a first rate job fitting a modern kitchen in our old cottage, he is a real craftsman and we are delighted with our new kitchen

I would like to thank Christopher O'Donohoe at the Preston branch of Magnet Trade for his help with a recent kitchen. He went above and beyond, my customer was indecisive and unsure how the finished kitchen would look in reality. Chris did multiple designs and nothing was too much trouble for him. He totally reassured my customer and they were very happy with the end result. He even went to see the customer in his own time and took her some flowers to put in her new kitchen. He is a true asset to your company.

Recently bought a kitchen for a house I am refurbishing from the Nottingham branch.

Great service from Alison who helped out with the design and ordering everything. She was really responsive with any queries I had. Would recommend.

I have recently ordered a kitchen from Magnet Nottingham and the help and service I received from Alison was absolutely excellent.

Ordered some doors which were heavily packaged on delivery.
When the carpenter unpacked them they were damaged.
Contacted Magnet and there is no way of reaching a fair resolution. Exchanged a lot of emails with a very polite customer service rep but unfortunately the after service is unacceptable.
I would not recommend buying doors from LPD/Magnet.
