Will is an innovative thoughful designer who not only created the most functional and aesthetic layout but saved me money to what the fitter had come up with. They are a really nice bunch, Will, James and Barry who I dealt with. The only point I would advise, is that despite their wait, 'DO' opt for one of their listed installers. I did not do this. Kitchen fitting the top is quite complex and if not done immaculatley, delamintating will occur. It's worth waiting a while for their fitters.

Helpful and responsive during design & order phase, really quick delivery.
Definitely recommend ready built. A couple of complicated instructions that need a PhD to understand but otherwise most things really easy to use/complete.

Poor quality kitchen. After two years it's falling apart. Their warranty is worth nothing! AVOID!!!!!

BEWARE OF MARTIN FIGUEIRA KITCHEN DESIGNER AT MAGNET KINGSTON. We are property developers and landlords who have been using Magnet Trade services for over 15 years, however after this experience we will NEVER BE BACK. Martin Figueira is an incredibly dishonest kitchen designer who only cares about his commission. Terrible customer service. Did not disclose the MAJOR DISCOUNTS we were eligible for and when we suspected the overprice we went to a different branch who offered the same design at HALF the price. Martin then refused to lower his price at all and will not let the agent at the other branch take on our work. We do not recommend working with the Kingston branch at all but in particular Martin who has been incredibly dishonest and difficult to work with.

WARNING DO NOT USE!

I had a kitchen design from the branch at Mansfield who were very helpful and professional, the quote was £4,587 and all agreed. The branch said to call them when ready to order and take delivery. A few weeks later I called the branch but got through to the Nottingham branch as all calls were diverted, they informed me that Mansfield had closed suddenly due to ASBESTOS being found in the building, they did have my quote on the system and said to come into branch to order it and was assigned a designer who simply has to process the quote already on the system, he deceitfully changed the price to £5,827 for the exact same kitchen. He did this to meet his sales target, and took advantage of me, the price of the exact same kitchen does not increase by almost £1,300 in the space of a few weeks ! Be very warned that this branch is taking advantage of customers and I ended up purchasing the kitchen from Howdens who actually beat Magnets first quote ! I would deter anyone from wasting time at the Nottingham branch and just go to Howdens if you want a realistic and fair price

We have had a free design service with Magnet in Melton Mowbray with Phil Kay, super helpful, great visual representation which helped us a great deal to imagine how it would look, plus it helped us iron out some issues that we hadn’t considered. Thanks again

Delivery of the last one to come in took a long time but Martin managed to sort it for us.

I visited Stratford upon Avon branch today and was met by Corey Newey. He was attentive, enthusiastic and very helpful. I am not ready to purchase my new kitchen but will definitely be back later in the year. Well done Corey!

Totally Disappointed
I was shocked they sent kitchen with few things missing and when we are planning to move in after 10 days , they are telling that worktop will not be supplied even though they took money 7 month before .They tried to sell me the worktop which we had rejected in beginning . And even initially not ready to provide full refund which later on accepted. designs are not clear as carpenter was struggling to fix it . While delivering They left the stuff on footpath and in rain and did it help or wait for some time .I will not recommend it even for small size kitchen .totally unprofessional approach .

The staff at the Nottingham branch are first class, especially Alison who makes the kitchen ordering process seamless.

It’s been weeks and weeks since we asked BRADFORD MAGNET to replace the faulty sink tap you still haven’t done anything. And now our kitchen pipe is loose which has resulted in water leaking, if this was Magnets fault we will have to take legal action.

My kitchen is absolutely fabulous.. I had no issues whatsoever. The whole team were absolutely fantastic....
Whilst my kitchen was actually being being installed they went above and beyond to help both on the phone for advice and anything that I needed they bought over to me.. They were very patient and a great deal of help and Support during the whole process..
I had been to several places and hadn't felt at all comfortable And had not got past the designing stage with any other company..
So I would like to say big thank you to Corey newey and all the staff at Stratford-upon-Avon branch..

Dealt with Magnet trade on 1 Midland Way for a Refurb project in Nottingham. I am new to this so I had lots of questions and had to call multiple times to clarify things for myself, which the Alisson kindly and patiently helped with. We got a full kitchen, as well as external doors from Magnet. Would highly recommend them to other Refurb managers!

I've used the Nottingham Trade branch a few times now, and I've always been met by such helpful and friendly group of staff. Alison has a vast knowledge, offering really helpful suggestions and ideas, she is always quick to reply to emails and always does it with a smile.
Joe and Craig are always nice, considerate and friendly too.
All my experiences with Nottingham trade have been positive, the members mentioned above (and those who's names I haven't learnt yet) are a credit to the team.

Really great experience of magnet trade so far from kirsty in Cardiff. Easy to set up my account and dropping off brochures for my first customer

Can't recommend them enough. We got our kitchen from them in autumn 2022. Really love the units. Above all, customer service was great. Danny in Crayford was great. Excellent advice on units and arrangement. Got the best from the space we have. Had some slight issues and after care was spot on. Thanks to both Danny and Steve.

Have just received a long email from a company called 'Deal Mates' advertising Magnet kitchens. Looking up Deal Mates on Trustpilot confirms my suspicion that they are disreputable spammers who fraudulently claim you have signed up for these mails and who use the unsubscribe link to confirm your address and target you further. It is disgraceful that Magnet use such organisations and I as a result I will not consider them when replacing my kitchen later this year.

i had excellent service from Jain Sandeep. base at St Albans Magnet trade. To Start to Finished my Kitchen he was very helpful in all the way. i'm very please with Jain Sandeep.

Magent are a great trade team to work with, especially Alison who we always deal with. Great customer service and always willing to help, which can’t be said about other trade kitchen firms.
