I used Magnet Trade in Nottingham and Alison there was fantastic - super helpful and made selecting everything a breeze - in fact she is a bit of a mind reader and I barely had to tell her anything for her to know exactly what I wanted! She is also really cheerful and nice which just made the experience all the better! Thanks Alison!

I have just ordered and taken delivery of my first Magnet kitchen for a refurb project. I was helped by Lorenzo Limbrick from the Nottingham branch. He was incredibly thorough in helping me plan the kitchen when I am not a tradesman but prepared to learn from the process and get better at planning in advance! I totally recommend Magnet Trade for competitive pricing and a quality product but particularly Lorenzo for guidance, advice and a quality service! I will be back again,

Excellent service from Magnet Trade Nottingham branch. Alison designed a fantastic kitchen for us and was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. Great communication throughout, and any minor issues on delivery were resolved immediately with no hassle. The service and assistance I have received from Magnet Trade Poole branch has been exemplary. David, Steve and Nick are extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional and it has been a real pleasure dealing with them.

I would highly recommend engaging this team's services and I would like to thank them for all their endeavours and help to date.

Mis-designed kitchen, didn't fit to exact measurements provided. Repeatedly promised all parts would arrive together but several missing. Virtually accused us of stealing parts before admitting their error. Promised a Belfast sink would fit which did not. Ignored requests to buy their own items. Did not read complaints properly (if at all) nor address costly issues they had created. Accused of not sending images which were in fact sent. Largely ignored after full payment made. Poor aftersales service.

First time dealing with Magnet Trade and I will definitely be back. James at Magnet Musselburgh provided an excellent service who made the whole process very simple. He was really helpful and efficient throughout. A brilliant guy to deal with.

Nottingham branch are fantastic (others not too far away are not so good unfortunately). Great showroom, good stock but the main difference at Nottingham is the staff. They are all very helpful and very efficient, particular shout out to Alison who is fantastic and will go the extra mile to help.

We have had a Magnet kitchen fitted by AMC UK Developments and they were excellent. Aaron was extremely efficient along with his colleague Ethan. They were on time every day and worked together extremely well. They finished the job on time and completed all the works to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to our family and frennds and would have them back to do any other works.

How can a company who are so incompetant get such a high rating on trust pilot? Clearly they must have a full team of staff "managing" their Trustpilot account.

It is a shame they could not put anything like as much effort into actually providing kitchens, design, planning, estimating, order processing, customer service, operations or indeed management.

I have never come accross such an incompetent, and unprofessional company in my life. Avoid at all costs. Quite literally! No matter what price they offer you, run away. They will fail to process your order, ignore you, not deliver, fail to re process your order, lie to you......... - you get the idea,

Go elswhere for your kitchen.

I’ve Been using magnet trade for 3 year and I won’t go anywhere else for my kitchen orders. Fantastic service from Corey Newey at the Warwickshire / Stratford upon Avon Branch. He made it outstanding kitchen design. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much Corey!

Having ordered some kitchen units and accessories from Kerry in the Cardiff branch I have nothing but praise for her service and efficiency from start to finish.
I already have a kitchen but wanted to add a few items as a bit of a refurbishment.
Although I wasn’t buying a complete kitchen I was treated just as equally and professionally as if I was buying a whole new one.
She had a very friendly manner and would recommend her to anyone
