Been using magnet trade and kitchens for the last 10 years or so and never let me down staff are excellent always deal with Craig advise and knowledge is brill my first port of call when needing a kitchen or my joinery materials

I’ve Been using magnet trade for just over a year and I won’t go anywhere else for my joinery or kitchen needs in the cardiff area. the prices are always competitive and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, special mention to Kirsty who I always deal with for my orders and her service is always spot on. 10/10

Brilliant service from Craig at the Nottingham Branch today. He knew exactly what I was after and had it ready for me when I arrived. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We spent a few hours designing our new kitchen with Christine at Trowbridge branch. Christine was patient, knowledgeable and definitely made the most out our space. Christine made the whole process enjoyable and we felt that nothing was too much trouble. This was followed through by a home visit with Christine to check on our measurements. This was an extra challenge due to a removal of a wall, yet the kitchen plan worked perfectly. We now have a kitchen which is exactly like the picture on the plan and are over the moon with all the little extras which means the kitchen does not only look great, but is extremely functional with best use of all the space available. Thank you to Christine and the other members of the team who we contacted during the process.

Fantastic service and advice from my local branch in Haverfordwest. Ayd couldn’t of been more helpful in helping me plan and install my new kitchen. Definitely recommend them and him for the service received, nothing seems to much for them and their personal approach is very welcoming especially with online shopping these days.

Firstly, Trustpilot, I was a bit surprised to see you said "leave out offensive words", it infers others have put them in - how horrible, deplorable and uncalled for. And it reflects on them.

Magnet, Hedge End were very good, I wasn't sure what rating to give. I could've done with having been told when items were going to be delivered, but it was just as well I went to the property they were for when they were. Possibly more of a downer, their system, which also some colleagues there were a bit critical of, doesn't allow purchases unless you have an account, unlike normaly in retail. Also, I was given a voucher to get free tools, which is one of the promotions (they're certainly generous !) if you buy a new kitchen, which my company have done. But it wasn't recognised by colleagues there and the amounts on it ( £25 / £50 ) could do with a bit of clarifying which I'm dealing with.

Also, we are disappointed that there was not enough of the splashback needed for the kitchen but this was down to a different supplier.

I was sorry that the hob that was delivered was damaged so was a loss to Magnet and delayed installion, costing us labour / installers / fitters time until a replacement was delivered. But 4 out of 5 it is ! Thank you Magnet, Hedge End, Southampton.

LCan’t fault the service from Magnet Trade in Cardiff. Ordered a bulk of architrave with ease and arrived quickly! Thanks Kirsty from sorting it so efficiently.

Terrible customer service at the Brentford branch. In fact they’re absolutely incompetent since the sales manager Jackie (who thankfully designed the kitchen) left. I’ve been given the run around by the manager Ross and sales rep Alex who are incapable of putting in a call to order a splash back to complete the install. Week 3 and still waiting...

We brought a kitchen via Magnet Trade through our builder. Martin from the Kingston office came to our home to go through options with us. He is extremely polite and courteous, he redrew are drawings for us many times as the design changed with the builders having to change what was and not possible and as we changed our mind on kitchen fittings.

I would recommend Magnet Kingston without hesitation and Martin himself as he went above and beyond to make our dream kitchen a reality.

James at Musselburgh Magnet Trade provided excellent service. I was looking for a particular oven. He had one in stock and arranged delivery the same day. Could not have asked for better service.

Oven was expertly installed today by Rab of Accomplished Building.

This has been a fantastic experience from start to finish.

I had an indecisive customer who I sent into Magnet to see Lorenzo. He was great, helped them pick a kitchen of their dreams with an inspirational layout. Very happy customers.

Kitchen from Magnet - Great kitchen, still looking brand new after nearing 2 years and works really well in my space. Price and service from Gary at the Derby branch was perfect too. Gary made sure everything got delivered before first UK lockdown so I wouldn’t be without a kitchen.

I needed 5sq meters of Amtico Clicsmart floor urgently.
She eventually tracked some down in Kingston Upon Thames. Had it booked out to me and all I had to do was collect.
The amount of effort she went to for such a small order was exceptional.
Would highly recommend her and the staff at Sevenoaks Magnet’s Branch.
