We have just had our new kitchen designed and fitted by Magnet Huddersfield and cannot praise them enough. Kevin, the designer/ project manager was amazing, he really listened to what we wanted, and was so friendly and helpful. Dan the fitter was simply outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. No mess or fuss, just a fantastic job done by him. Thank you Kevin and Dan, we cannot recommend you highly enough.

Once again we've had terrific service from Magnet Trade in Avonmouth. Our kitchen has been extended so we've re-used previously purchased Magnet goods and added some more. All the old units are still in brilliant condition after 3-years of family use, and we are completely delighted with the design by Victoria Ferreira. Vic's knowledge of the products, and passion for high quality design shines through. Magnet are lucky to have her! We wouldn't get a kitchen designed by anyone else.

We had our kitchen, internal doors, skirting and architrave from magnet and the quality was a very high standard. The servithat Dylan Nolan gave us was second to non and nothing was to much trouble, he designed our kitchen from start to finish and we couldn’t have been happier with the final results

Hi I have recently ordered a kitchen through the trade desk at hedge end and was very happy with the help and guidance from 2 of the staff , charmaine and dale In particular very helpful know and understand how to look after there customers.

Alison at Magnet Trade Nottingham Branch was friendly, approachable and helped guide us from start to finish. She has a wealth of experience in visualising & designing kitchens helping us navigate what we were looking for and making helpful suggestions. She had great ideas and solutions for tricky nooks and spaces. Alison came out to measure and saw the space we were working with and ordered everything so the fitting went smoothly. She kept in touch with regular updates on deliveries and was always available for us to pop in to the showroom when we needed to make more decisions or to trouble shoot. Our kitchen looks amazing, thank you Alison for all your help.

We popped in to the Stratford-on-Avon trade branch on Saturday just to have a look at some doors and get a quote, but Cory was so helpful and knowledgeable we ended up ordering everything we needed there and then. He was really helpful, took the time to show us the products and advise us of current offers etc. Such excellent customer service is so rare these days I thought I would leave this review. So impressed and highly recommend Magnet.

Don't, just don't!

Wood warps the second ANY water comes near it and WORSE... so do the countertops!!! Our solid countertop, which we paid MORE for started BUBBLING!

We called up, they sent someone to inspect and then received an email saying we'd obviously put something hot there and they wouldn't be doing anything. We know for a FACT we haven't put ANYTHING hot there!

Quality is shocking... lipstick on a pig.

Used Magnet Sevenoaks Branch. We are building a kitchen extension so wanted to get some ideas. Darianne from Sevenoaks branch has been an amazing help throughout and looking forward to see a finished product once fabricated!

James and the team at Magnet Trade Hadleigh were great! Kitchen looks terrific and I’m sure new tenants will be over moon.

We chose Magnet over the other Kitchen suppliers because they proved to be very responsive and professional. Any problems we experienced were quickly dealt with.

Purchased a Magnet trade kitchen after being ‘introduced’ by a fitter. The salesperson from Magnet apparently took incorrect measurements so the design they gave us did not fit the space and the sink would only fit the opposite way meaning that the tap is not central to the window. After taking the units that didn’t fit from my house and promising to refund that day they have now advised that they cannot refund without the fitters permission as it’s his trade account, despite me paying Magnet directly from my debit card. I’ve asked for the units back as I paid for them which they’ve refused and have apparently credited my refund to his account. In addition I’m still outstanding items including doors and the kitchen is of poor quality, scratches & chips to doors. The solid walnut worktops are also completely different shades. The Manager came to the house and agreed it’s poor and that they’d mis measured 2 months ago and still hasn’t resolved the issues, instead telling us he’s in a ‘predicament’ and forwarding our emails to the fitter who we are in dispute with because of poor workmanship. The kitchen was originally fitted 5 months ago! Bitterly disappointed after years of saving for a new kitchen.

They keep sending me unsolicited advertising text messages even though I keep telling them to remove me from the mailing list! I’ve no idea how they got my number so it’s really bloody annoying. Nobody wants advertising text messages so just STOP!
I’ve reported it to the ASA.

Was recommended to go for a Magnet Kitchen after many consultations with other brands. Felicity was my agent and she was a godsend who made the whole experience as straight forward as can be. She worked with me on my plans and provided advice in all aspects and was always readily available on phone / email at anytime. Staff like this make a very stressful process so easy and lets you focus on other things. She came as one perfect package from start to finish. Well done Magnet.

My order was transferred from Banbury to Hadleigh, my local branch. The order was embraced with no issues at all. The Hadleigh manager was very patient as I changed my order at the last hour, and then I wanted to delay delivery. No frustration, just took it in his stride. Kitchen was delivered on an agreed date and an installer was recommended, who turned out to be well priced and a thoughtful tradie as he overcame installation challenges. One minor piece was incorrect and it did take some time to get a replacement, but this was not a blemish on otherwise excellent service.

After a bad experience with another big kitchen company we went to Magnet at Gateshead. They were great at reassuring us that could order a kitchen with the assurance it would be fitted as planned. The planning process was excellent, it was no problem when we changed our minds a couple of times. The kitchen fitting went to plan, Dave was our kitchen fitter and he was great at problem solving a couple of unforeseen issues. The whole team were professional and provided an excellent customer service. Could not fault the whole experience and would definitely recommend Magnet Kitchens to anyone, we are over the moon with the final kitchen and can’t wait to start cooking again!

I RECENTLY HAD A MAGNET KITCHEN FROM THE PLYMOUTH BRANCH OF MAGNET. DAN COSTIGAN DESIGNED OUR KITCHEN, EXCELLENT ADVICE AND AFTER SALES. KITCHEN FITTERS MARTIN AND SAM PENWELL DID AN AMAZING JOB FITTING THE KITCHEN. ALL ROUND A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

My husband and I came into the guernsey trade section and spoke to a lad, he spoke to us about doors and asked us about any further projects we may have on or coming up and took a genuine interest which you don't find so much any more, unfortunately you didn't have the doors in stock that we were interested in. However he explained delivery times and offered a door very similar but was a bit lighter then we wanted, he explained that he was new, however had more knowledge than me, and was so patient with talking through what doors you have got and can get, so we took a brochure and his business card so will be looking through the catalogue at your doors to see if there was anything else that we might like aswell or instead of our original doors, he's always so polite and helpful when ever me and my husband have been in and always greets us and others as we have noticed with a smile, lovely guy a credit to magnet, you should have more like him, we will be back when it comes to ordering our kitchen too and any other bits all because of your employee Jason.
