Just had kitchen fitted through Magnet Musselburgh branch. Edgar was excellent in taking us through the ordering process, and organising the installation. Was fitted By Jost Property Solutions, Drew and his team were very professional and did a great job, keeping us informed throughout, and fitted well within the timescale given to us in advance.

Kitchen purchased at the Hedge end, Southampton, branch. Kitchen was designed by Dale, he did a brilliant job giving us lots of cupboard space and work surfaces in a smallish kitchen. We valued his opinion. It was installed by magnets fitter named Ben, A smashing guy, he did a brilliant job of fitting the kitchen and clearing up after himself, plus he was a great guy to have around the house, we were more than happy to leave the house in his care. Dealt with Magnet Trade Slough Branch for the first time and i can only say i was taken a back with their professionalism. My project was dealt with the Branch Asst Manager Adil who was briefed about installing a new kitchen with appliances in a rented property in a very tight timeline!! Together with Andy their fitter the job got done!! No project goes without its hiccups but Adil came to the rescue and ironed things out to completion. I have no hesitation in recommending them !! Cheers Guys.

From start to finish could not fault Mike and Bhinda for all their help and knowledge. Process was smooth, design spot on, delivery punctual. Highly recommend this branch and will be using again in the future.
Ask for Mike and Bhinda and let them do what they do best - you wont be disappointed .

To anyone who is thinking of buying a magnet kitchen. Don't bother they will tell you the doors are guaranteed for 15 years but when they blow after 10 11 years they cannot get you replacement doors and they will only offer you a pittance and will keep on ..asking for more and more photos,even after the shop manager has been and taken photos.The reason they cannot get you replacements is because they have changed suppliers it took me 10 months after 5-6 years for them to get me a replacement door then after 10-11 yes that door and another door blew and it took 7 months of argue with them to still only get a pittance to replace them and because no one did the exact sizes with the same depth j handle all the bottom doors and drawers had to be replaced at a cost of £1500.Electric items supplied breakdown just after guarantee runs out,

Utter trash of a branch at Bedford. Keith has no customer service skills, no attention to detail and is not helpful whatsoever. Combative instead of being helpful. 3 issues later, costing me £100s in day rates and hotel stays for my lads.

Their trustpilot reviews are not truthful and it's very easy to fake them.

They keep going on about them, despite their service being total rubbish.

We recently went to Magnet to obtain a quote for a kitchen refit. The process from booking an appointment, visit to plan and quotation was carried out extremely efficently and seamlessly. Our contact at Hastings Magnet was Jaqueline. She was friendly, polite and approachable and went out of her way to help and advise us. I would be more than happy to recommend her services to others.

I have recently purchased a kitchen from Magnet Doncaster. Their senior design consultant Aaron Richardson measured and designed my perfect kitchen. He was very helpful and professional, he couldn't do enough for us. Everything went perfectly from design, delivery and fitting. Would highly recommend

I have never written a Trustpilot review before but I experienced such fantastic customer service I had to from the Wimbledon showroom Trade department! It is the first kitchen I have bought with Magnet and I can't wait to show more of my clients how wonderful Magnet is. Chris and his team (Kelly, Brad, and the lovely young lady with brown hair) were all so knowledgeable, kind, professional, and friendly. So happy to help at every turn and nothing was too much trouble. Best to go into store I found. I am grateful for all the help I got as it was a tricky project and space I was asking help for. Just start using Magnet kitchen in staples corner and Carly was help me with the kitchens for my client and I was very happy with her service also when she is off other guys always happy to help. Excellent service from all of them.

Have a trade account there and have never dealt with such incompetence, pay in full each month and ealier most times but still get letters ,will be closing account and will never use them again ,
Have heard horror stories ref trade accounts there since ,accounts department at magnets need to wake up to the real world

Alison at the Nottingham Branch was an absolute star assisting with the design of our new kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble and kept us and the fitter updated at every stage. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous design advice from Tom W @ the Virtual design hub in Leeds. Professional & friendly from our first virtual meeting. Tom guided us through the process and designed a wonderful kitchen for us. He was very patient with us. It was a relief not to have a pushy sales pitch. Nothing was too much trouble. He has now handed us over to our local branch - we look forward to having our kitchen fitted soon.

Dealt with Alison at the Nottingham branch from start to finish I found Alison extremely professional and helpful in the whole process love the kitchen highly recommended

Went to Magnet Trade Hull, just off Leeds Road.
Even though we are moving to leeds soon we wanted to check worktops in Magnet Trade and buying from Magnet Trade Hunslet, Leeds as nearer.
Steve in Hull Magnet could not have been more helpful, making creative suggestions and advising so clearly.

OH MY GOD. WOW!!! I decided to choose your canterbury branch to buy a window and a door for my home. I asked if I could get some help from their best and by God did I get it!! Jason, the assistant manager, might as well be known as Mr Magnet. He went above and beyond in assisting with every single one of my needs. That man is there from dusk till dawn working harder than any man I have ever met before. I was simply astounded by his work ethic and attitude, he is the definition of exemplar customer service. Simply Unbelievable. Cut that man open and he will bleed magnet I am sure. Magnet personified. THANK YOU JASON.

Great service deserves a good recommendation, and the gents at Magnet Poole certainly provided me with the kind of service we'd all like to receive. Magnet are a complete mess, avoid at all costs!

I ordered a kitchen in Jan 2021 after being lured in by deals. A summary of the issues:
- Lots of wasted time. The first plan apparently didn't fit with the space when the pre-fit survey came, then they wanted an extra ~£1,000 to rectify this!
- Poor communication between online and store teams meaning I had to be on the phone with the team almost every day to fix the errors
- The team kept 'getting the price wrong' and revising it higher and higher (I still don't see how this makes and sense, other than blatant extortion)
- Despite the pre-fit survey and revised plan with added costs, the final kitchen STILL DIDN'T FIT
- Magnet added 3 units and associated doors & end panels (not cheap) onto the bill which were not part of the agreed floor plan! I am still trying to sort out the collection and refund of these, but Magnet are ignoring this. Unfortunately the builders started unpacking all items when they arrived so I can't even return it all

Ultimately, it's been a complete headache. Expect disorganization, delays and hidden costs!

Our kitchen was a slightly long and wide galley but poorly designed. We didn't really need an extension, just a better layout that worked for us. Our trusted builder sent me to meet Anna at the Magnet trade side in Highams Park (Chingford branch). I had agonized over the design I wanted for a very long time and took that to her. I fully expected to be talked out of it and into something which maximized worktops and had clean lines etc.

To my relief, Anna completely understood my vision instantly. It was quirky and not to everyone's taste, but really worked for our family and how we use our kitchen and fit in with the style of our home. She came up with custom solutions to maximize clever storage spaces, ensured we got a great price and offered honest and useful advice on things such as appliances and taps. She let us borrow samples to see them in the space to make sure the colours worked in our lighting. She even accommodated us having a last minute change of heart on the handles. The end result is beautiful and brings my vision to life. Most importantly, it is absolutely perfect for our family.

Our kitchen feels drastically larger than before and is a dream to use. We chose wooden worktops and the Somerton timber in-frame doors in fern. The quality is lovely and although more expensive, we still think it was worth it for the timeless classic feel we wanted in our period home. I'd happily recommend working with Anna at the Chingford branch to get the kitchen you want.
