I got the Lift Off machine and am very happy with the results. To test I used it morning and night for a week and there were definitely visible improvements. People have commented on my fresh looking skin ! I use a aloe vera gel as the ones advertised as conductive are super expensive. My only niggle is the on/off/power button is a bit small and takes a big to figure out the 4 different settings. Overall very happy. 8/10.

Amazing Customer Service!
Unfortunately my BareFaced toning brush did not charge so I emailed Magnitone for some help.
I was blown away with the customer service, not only was it prompt but extremely helpful, and friendly.
I was lucky enough to have Agne Vaicaityte as my Magnitone representative, and I was able to receive a replacement product.

Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish! Magnitone barefaced brush stopped working after 6 weeks. Despite contacting customer services several times I had no response. I had to contact my credit card company to intervene and refund me as goods sold were not fit for purpose. Appalling customer service, do not use this company. Order no #M30699, warranty registered 26 Nov 21, several emails sent but no reply to date.

Fantastic customer service
Purchased a Magnitone lift off from their site in dec 2020 and it worked perfectly for just over a year but then suddenly stopped holding a charge, so I contacted magnitone and within a week I had a replacement! they didn't even ask me to send the faulty one back superb customer service highly recommended company.

This was given a Barefaced 2 as a gift…
After I wrote this review Magnitude promptly sent me a new Barefaced2 that has worked perfectly. So far no battery issues. And I do love to use the Barefaced brush on my face, but prefer to use once a day.
This was given a Barefaced 2 as a gift in November 2020. I've loved using it, but only occasionally once or twice a week. I had an issue charging it a few months after purchase. Now, after I charge it all the lights come on, but the brush head doesn't rotate. Have tried running down battery and recharging, but no luck. So it would seem that after about 14 months my brush has died, and I didn't even use it that much.

Sorry to hear about the issue you're having with your BareFaced2. If it hasn't been used much, it is likely that the battery has become dormant. We recommend running the battery down then leaving it on a long charge - overnight, at least 12 hours. Then run down again and repeat the long charge. After 2 long charges, this should re-set the battery.
If you have tried this and it still isn't working, please contact our customer service team at help@magnitone.co.uk and they can look into issuing you with a replacement device.

Got a quick response from the customer care team and there was no hassle in getting a replacement device on my warranty. few questions about the issue and purchase of the device and a response within hours confirming the shipment of a new device. Very please with the service I received and although only felt with over email, responses were friendly. Extreme happy with the service received!
