UPS Mail Innovations is AWFUL

I've had 2 Christmas packages that were sent via UPS mail innovations that never arrived. As in the previous complaint, my package kept saying delivery by 9pm, then it would change to the next day & say the same thing. One package was a Christmas gifts from Macy's, which they said was lost & resent it to me. The other pkg from Rogue Fitness, ordered on 12/4 is now coming next day air, because they said it had been lost. I'm 1 person with 2 missing pkgs in the same month. What is going on? Is someone stealing packages? It is absolutely ridiculous.

Mail innovations is complete garbage.

Mail Innovations is complete, and utter garbage. Even UPS knows it's garbage, because when you go to tracking for your package. There is a disclaimer from UPS at the top of the page saying that "Mail Innovations is not a day definite service, and to check shipment progress" to see were your package actually is". My package has been stuck in Ohio for over a week now, no new updates nothing. I live in Tennessee, but of course it's arriving every day before 9 p.m. according to mail innovations. But in actuality it hasn't moved in over a week! Why UPS hands packages over to the USPS I'll never understand. The USPS hasn't been good for decades now!

Worst service ever.

Worst service ever.
My package went into Limbo for 17 days. Now it has been heading to Ohio for 6 more days and would need to come back to near where it left from. Amazon is allowing refund.
Incompetent.

Tell Me Another One...

Originally listed as set for delivery on December 19th, my package remains undelivered as of JANUARY 6th. Every day the tracking says it's going to be delivered THAT DAY, but it never gets here.
From what I see, the "innovation" they've developed is LOSING YOUR SHIPMENT.
THESE USELESS CLOWNS SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS FOR THIS OFFENSIVE NONSENSE.
"Innovations", INDEED. JUST ANOTHER SCAM.

UPS Please stop using Mail Innovations

I ordered something that UPS turned over to Mail Innovations. The tracking said it would come this past Wednesday. It didn't turn up. Checked again...it now said Thursday. Didn't show up. Today, 1/5/24 is Friday. I just checked again and now it says Monday. This is the worst service ever and I'll be complaining to UPS. Why are they using this service? I've had UPS deliver 2 other packages this week. Why can't they just deliver it themselves?

Worst shipping I have ever experienced

Ordered 2 cased from otter box and apparently UPS turned this over to USPS Mail Innovations. Still waiting for it to be delivered even though every day for the past 5 days I get a message stating it will be delivered "tomorrow". Tracking is horrible as well as it says my package was 'tendered' in Denver Colorado 5 days ago. A snail could have almost got it to me by now. This is just unacceptable. I will NEVER buy from any company that uses "Mail Innovations" again.

There needs to be zero stars

There needs to be zero stars, since the level of satisfaction does not reach a pathetic '1 star' level. This "service" is a joke and abusive to customers. They first send a notification that my package will arrive before the initial projected delivery date. Then when it's not delivered, daily change the date to the next day. Once I saw the info identifying the method of delivery as "Mail Innovations" on the UPS tracking I felt really jerked around and abused. They have no idea when they'll move any item through the system to delivery and should not post ANY delivery dates since they are pure speculation/fiction. This "company" has to be the devil spawn of the worthless and despicable Louis DeJoy, whose mission seems to have become destroying the USPS. I can only hope that karma comes to greet him in due time! [I can't accurately enter a 'date of experience since I keep reliving my bad experience every day with no conclusion in sight.

Worst shipping service ever

As everyone else, I find this shipping service absolutely unacceptable across the board. Is there a synonym for 'slow' but more derogatory? If so, I would insert it here. Honestly, UPS Mail Innovations is that bad. Delivery (the handoff to postal service) from a stone's throw away takes days, because your package sits in some warehouse until Mail Innovations decides to actually do their damn job and transfer it.

2nd time expecting package from this…

2nd time expecting package from this service and every night they push the delivery date one more day. Package has been in Austin, Texas for almost a month. Calling doesn't help - Expected arrival 12/6/23 - today is 1/1/24 and they keep changing delivery date. Horrible service.

Don't ever use this company

This company needs to totally go out of business. I ordered something on black Friday. It was suppose to be a Christmas present. Today is Dec. 26th and it's still not here. Ordered it from NFLShop.com. They better dump UPS if they are going to continue using this sorry a$$ company. It actual should get no stars

Worst shipping company.

Waiting 2 to 3 weeks for two small packages to be delivered from TN. To La. I'm going to check before I order anything from now on and if they use ups I will shop somewhere else.

Terrible service

I don’t believe either the company or UPS are saving enough money for this agreement. Our package made it to our city on UPS. Then after transfer to USPS, was sent out of state adding several days to the arrival time. I’m not sure USPS even knows where it is anymore.

I’ll check if the retailer will ship my item via Mail Innovation, if so, I will never order & instead buy from the competitor. Never again will I buy from anyone who ships this way. It’s a nightmare of an experience!

Pay more for worse service!

My fabric supplier switched from USPS & FedEx to UPS Mail Innovations and it has been terrible. Packages take an average of 5 days to go from NC to TX, and are typically held up 1-3 days when they change hands from UPs to USPS. Why would a company pay for longer, more unreliable shipping? It’s really blowing my mind.

Absolutely terrible

Basically exactly what everyone else said. I ordered something weeks ago (and it was only shipping from a hobby lobby in my state) and the delivery date keeps getting pushed back, it has changed 5 times now and was originally supposed to get to me 2 weeks ago. Tracking has been stuck for 9 days now with no updates. Just going to have to call the company I ordered from today and have another sent- and request they NOT use mail innovations. Can't get any help or anyone to tell me anything.
