Unexpectedly found that I was not dealing with the Mail group.

I have E.mailed this company about how dissatisfied I was with the plants I received.They were dispatched on the 26th delivered on on 6 th June and we’re mor dead than alive with 2plants missing of which l would rather have a refund . I will never order plants from you again. I also ordered 2urn planters from you delivered about a month ago that when planted up we’re not strong enough to hold the soil and plants I found them collapsed on the ground the next morning.

Good quality frying pans, looks good and wash up well

I ordered a garden lounge rocker & a pair of colour changing solar lights & waited. I had notification the rocker was out of stock & was refunded but then received a phone call to say I could have one. The rocker when it turned up seems pretty sturdy & once you are in,it is comfortable although the little head pillow does not stay in place. Sadly the lights were not as successful,there was the odd flash now & again but that was it. A replacement pair were sent but they were no better so I gave up & accepted a refund.

I have been asked to review a product I have not yet received. Does this mean it has been sent and you expect me to have received it?

Ordered two rattan bistro sets,after a few days sent Chase up emails twice and then got 'credit account thank you for using mail shop,no explanation,nothing.ithen sent email asking why and was my money back in my account,nothing!!
Had to go to my bank to check if money was in my account

The oven arrived sleight damage but I did not know who to contact and being alone and 78 years it lies there in my kitchen unused and I threw the box away.

Very nice and big Parasol, and great value.
Only problem was that a plastic ring/grip was broken, but my clever husband fixed it.
So no need to call customer services.
The parasol looks lovely on the patio.

put in water and floor cleaner then wipe over the floor so easy clean no streaks and a shiny floor easy to change cloths without a doubt the best floor cleaner on the market

I loved the item I purchased. It was a garden ornament which was perfect t. It arrived promptly and well packaged. It was a dog covered in green baize-like material and slightly larger than it looked and very sturdy. I am so pleased with it.

Used mail shop about 6 times now, no problems what do ever.

Am going to phone customer services plants very small only 2 have survived i know they were free just pay carriage but a waste of£6.99

The flowers have never came I have waited a long time ,I even e mails them two weeks ago an still nothing appeared

One of the fuchsias I received had two flowers and eight buds on it and I felt this was poor value for money.
