we purchased a poppy themed water feature, for the garden, found that the bowl had a leak informed customer services, and a replacement bowl was despatched. no questions asked, quick delivery, and we are very satisfied with the service.

If there were a no star I would click on that. I have never had such appalling service. Have written several times to complain and all I get back is pat phrases like thank you for contacting us. I sent my order on 7 April when I believe it said there was a 7 day delivery. I got the last item on 5 June despite them taking my money within a few days. The plants were almost just a stick and have mostly not survived. The final item, a wooden plant trough, was very poor quality and made in China. They have no explanation as to why it took 2 months when surely it was in stock otherwise they should not have been offering quick delivery.

I was never told that delivery of any of these items would be delayed or given the opportunity to cancel and get a refund. No compensation has ever been offered.

Twice deliveries were not advised before hand and packages were left on my doorstep which is straight onto the pavement so obviously could have been picked up by anybody passing.

Rose bushes were as advertised,arrived on time & in good condition.All are now in leaf & looking good

I find mail shop very good. They acknowledge orders and keep,you updated on delivery and any possible delays to an order. No problems in Dealing with them.

The parcel arrived battered with the bottom out of the box. Rose Bush was broken and no catalogue or planting instructions inside

I ordered a garden planter in grey early April but a brown one was delivered. I rejected the item as it was “not as described” & asked for a pre-paid returns label. Still waiting after over 2 months for this to be sent out. Your email responses just feel like a delaying tactic. Please respond.

we ordered a steam mop on the 5 April from the Mail Shop , the money was taken from my bank account on the 7th April,To date after numerous emails to the Mail Shop who stated that the supplier would email me i have had no contact from the supplier. It has now been 10 weeks .
The Mail Shop stated that it would be delivered in four weeks due the present situation with Covid 19 .
I would suggest that if this is the level of service it is VERY poor and would suggest if anyone is going to purchase an item from the Mail Shop to think very long and hard doing so .
