Do not buy from these absolute robbing scumbags. If you return an item they charge you for it. They charge the shipping obviously and another made up return fee to rob money from the customer. I was going to order the correct size once returned but obviously won’t be doing that now

I am sorry that you are unhappy with our returns fee. I can see you did contact our customer service team regarding this, and this was explained to you, however, you were extremely rude to the member of staff you spoke to.
Our return information is available to view online, and we would always advise customers to familiarise themselves with the policy prior to placing an order.
We do advise there is a charge for using our label, and this is stated on our website, and when you generate the label. The returns fee applies to all customers and is charged at a competitive rate which allows us to provide a fully tracked and insured service.
We are sorry you are unhappy on this occasion.

Poor Quality
Most items i have purchased from Mainline have been very poor quality. Cheap materials, poor fit and look like outlet clothing. I would recommend buying from elsewhere.
