Customer oriented, fast and affordable
They're tremendously helpful, always focusing on what my needs are rather than trying to sell me expensive stuff that won't match the rest of my gear.
Speedy correspondence is the norm and the craftsmanship of the items they make themselves is impeccable. Good pricing as well.

Tremendous products and service.
I am a 'believer' in the effects of cables but this is my first exposure to the huge benefits brought about by using custom mains cables and conditioners.
The difference was astounding and I only introduced a DC blocker/conditioner together with a 4-way distribution socket.
Greater clarity, more 'space' between instruments and voices. And LOUDER too. Fantastic improvements.
These are not small changes. It was like doubling the price of the electronics for just over one tenth of the original outlay on the new cables.
David Brooke is helpful and enthusiastic about his subject.
Try these cables. You will be glad you did.

Knowledgable, dependable and great value
I have bought from David on seven occasions now and continue to be a happy customer.
He runs a great service and is knowledgable and happy to help with queries at any level without the snobbishness too often associated with traditional hifi sales.
The new website works well and is clean and easy to use. The mix of third party products and hand made cables is excellent and genuinely great value, particularly David's own creations.
