Very disappointing delivery experience. paid for a premium product and expected an equivalent service but did not receive it. Delivery was delayed. When it was delivered the external box was delivered. Internal box was also damaged and gift paper around it.
Contacted customer services who offered a replacement 'box' but there was no way that this was going to be fulfilled in the time needed as it was a gift.

If you decide to ship worldwide your details info needs to be correct.
My boyfriend bought a slip from this site and the size measuraments were totally wrong (and totally different from other items) the result? The item arrived and it was large but even if the mistake was theirs they won't replace the order for free (because policy).
I can understand your policy but if you have measuraments wrong on an item you should first of all apologize and then correct your mistake. This is not how you treat a potential life-client.
I am sorry but we won't buy anything again from this site and surely we won't advice to anyone else.

Ordered some interesting clothing. Took ages to get news about it. Remained 'underway', but nothing happened. Customer service absent and via antoher channel that does not respond. Sendings mails later again, gave a bounce. So don't trust this business. It's a fake.
Update: The further contact with Maison Close concluded that I probably was mislead by some other fraudulent web activity.. I trust the new information. So, all, be carefull out there and double check their proper address...
