I am really satisfied. The only improvement point would be change the return policy in case of quality issue. If i buy an item with specific price condition is not the best receive back the money and re-buy, with higher price, and without the minimum amount to procede with a free shipping. Regards

Beautiful designs-some of the best I've seen. Sadly, the customer service didn't reflect the same care. After two weeks and endless emails, I couldn't get a clear response to a simple measurement request that would have saved time and money.

Extremely disappointing return experience
Extremely disappointing return experience – misleading communication and no accountability!!!
I placed an order (800€!!) with Maison Close Lingerie that arrived on March 12th, and I submitted a return request on March 24th (well within their 30-day return policy).
I used their return portal and received a Colissimo return label valid until May 24th. The confirmation email I received included no mention of a final drop-off date or any clear deadline, just the label.
Due to this lack of information, I trusted the date on the label and dropped off the parcel after my holiday on May 10th (still two weeks before the label’s expiry).
Despite this, Maison Close is now refusing to process my return, claiming I should have known the return needed to be physically dropped off before April 11th — a date they never shared in any communication.
When I pointed this out and attached the original return email (which confirms my timeline), their customer service ignored the facts and hid behind fine print I was never shown. No effort was made to meet me halfway or offer a one-time exception, even though I followed their process exactly as it was presented to me.
This experience is both disappointing and unprofessional, especially for a high-end brand that claims to value its customers. I’ve lost money on a return I handled in good faith — and instead of support, I received rigidity and blame.
If you shop here, be extremely careful with returns. Their system is misleading and unforgiving, and if anything goes wrong, you’re on your own. I expected better.
If no fair solution is offered, I will have no choice but to take legal action.

Please note that our 30-day return policy starts from the date you receive your order (March 12th), meaning the parcel must be sent back by April 11th to qualify for a refund. This policy is clearly stated in your order confirmation email, on the return policy card included in your package, and in our General Terms and Conditions available on our website.
Additionally, when making a return request via our portal, the remaining time to send back the parcel is clearly indicated. While the Colissimo label you received was valid until May 24th, its expiration date does not extend our 30-day return period. Unfortunately, as your parcel was dropped off on May 10th—after the return deadline—we cannot accept the return.
We understand you were misled by the label’s validity, but the responsibility to respect our return policy lies with the customer. We must apply these rules fairly and consistently for all our clients.

Bad customer service and size guides
I ordered stockings, which according to the online size guide, were suitable for my size. When I got them, they didn't fit. They are baggy and look awful. Having paid almost €50 for them, I expected a lot better. I contacted customer services. They told me as I has tried them on I couldn't return them. They subsequently offered me 10% off, which was an insult given I'd have to pay again for the same product, which was only wrong the first time as i followed their size guide. The Customer service rep I was dealing with then stopped answering my email. I hope it was just a bad day for her. That service was shocking though.
