It is an official importer of ghibli


It is an official importer of ghibli, you can check reddit to confirm. I was looking for the official puzzle frame, and it costs around £99 from US despite it is much cheaper in Japan. I was about to ask a friend who works in japan to order one to UK, feeling frustrated and only then I found this website shipping from France. They use dpd, my parcel costs around 60-ish pounds and in this occasion, I was not charged customs, so I am not sure if it would be the same for other similar cost parcels, but so far my experience is good.

Extortionate prices plus hidden add on costs

Bought items totalling €250 + delivery only to receive an email wanting an extra €60 in custom charges or I won’t receive the item.

I’m not prepared to pay this much and had I been made aware of this extra charge prior to buying, I wouldn’t have bothered.

Reviews say this website is genuine. I’m not so sure.

Extortionate prices plus hidden extras and rude staff who won’t even try to help but are happy to take your money.

The parcel is returned and I’m awaiting a full refund.
