DO NOT USE THIS. They charge you hidden fees which is a scam. I stupidly paid $1.39 for a pdf conversion, and they charged me $56.08 monthly twice without my consent which I never agreed to. Most expensive document transaction of my life. They said they would refund me a month ago for one of the charges and still have not. Pretty sure a bot has been emailing me about it. Anyone who is saying they have a good experience here is either a bot or paid.

quick if you do less than 10 photos per time

The document I needed was converted and sent to me ASAP. In error I subscribed monthly. Reaching out to the company to fix this error and cancel was hassle free. Thank you to Lisa and the team.

Actually bought this by mistake but contacted the company to ask for a refund. Extremely quick and helpful response from Lisa, money refunded. Really good customer service. ☺️

Good for pdf editing

They have taken £120 from me over the past months. Each time I’ve been promised by”Lisa”, obviously a bot, that the payments will stop and the money repaid. Obviously none of the above have happened. Steer clear.

I signed up to be able to create a PDF. I just needed to create 1 PDF so I signed up for the $0.99 plan for 1 week. Unfortunately I was not familiar with the product and didn't cancel properly. I was charged an additional $39.99. I contacted the company and they were able to quickly refund my $. This company has great customer service. I highly recommend them.

File conversion worked perfectly. Didn't want any automatic subscription to start so emailed and Lisa immediately cancelled it. No annoying hoops to jump through (which we all know is really annoying) quick and friendly response. Thanks!

I would give 0 if I could. I've just received email from my PayPal about my 29.99 payment to them when I have never used them! When I looked into it further I found ive been charged since March and twice ie 2x 29.99 in both April and May. I HAVE NEVER USED THESE PEOPLE ....I DONT KNOW THE QEBSITE AT ALL AND WOULD NEVER AGREE TO SUCH A LARGE AMOUNT! I CANT AFFORD THAT!!!! When I emailed them all they say they will refund is the last month!!!! How is this right?! Don't go near them!!!

There was an issue with a charge and it was resolved quickly. The website claimed someone would get back to me within an hour and that's exactly what happened. Thank you very much!
