I mistakenly signed up for a service I did not want. When I asked for a refund the response was immediate and very friendly. Very impressed with their efficiency and kindness.

Dont use

Dont use. Con. Extra charges will be made to your card. No refunds issued and been a month.
used the 99p version and then hit with a £29.99 charge. Read the receipt email - where the small print informs you.
Lisa has emailed me twice with details of my refund and still nothing.
Disgusting.

no refund received

I have been waiting for a refund of a subscription that I never took out in the first place. They told me 2 weeks ago that thyey were having technical problems. IHowever I have still not received the refund. If you look at the reviews such problems with this company are not unusual. If I do receive the refund I shall post again

Excellent customer service from this…

Excellent customer service from this company. I was in a panic trying to convert a document and bought what I thought was just a one off copy but had actually subscribed . They were very prompt with my query about my mistake and cancelled the subscription immediately. Well done and thank you Makemepdf

I paid for a 5 day trial and was able to use what i required.

I needed to change to photos from my…

I needed to change to photos from my phone to pdf. This was a quick and easy service. The only thing I would say is that without knowing I was subscribed and had £29.99 taken from my bank. As soon as I contacted makemypdf this was quickly sorted. Very efficient help team

WARNING- This site is a scam- it’s signs you up to a £29.99 monthly subscription. I’ve just realised they’ve taken £90 after using it to translate a document to English. I paid £15 up front and then was conned with an unauthorised subscription.

This company is a complete SCAM! Do not even try the trial version. You will soon be charged for the full subscription and they will keep charging you. STAY FAR AWAY FROM MAKEMEPDF.COM. TRUST ME!!!!!

Efficient and Helpful

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to contact the customer service about my account.
They were amazingly polite and efficiently carried out my request.
So glad I was helped so quickly with no fuss or repercussions.
