What a change to have your phone call answered and not have to wait ages for a response also your employees are very courteous. Shock at the price gone up pity you dont have ano claim bonus. I have never claimed on holiday isurance in the whole of my life i am 84 years old. Hope my luck will stay the same. Thank you staff
