Found it a bit complicated at my age my daughter in law had to fill in the form.

All quite easy. Did wonder why we automatically get winter sports cover? I didn’t select it and certainly don’t need it!

I had requested when I renewed my insurance that the documents be sent to me by mail as I don’t have a printer. I was promised they would be sent, but I never got them. Two weeks laterI phones them up to ask why they were not sent. I was told by a very rude lady that they were sent on my email. I explained that I cannot read the small print on my phone email and hence had requested paper copy. Ahe said ok they will post it. That was over a week ago and am still waiting. Very disappointed

Problem experienced with link from email on renewal
I then called and talked with a very helpful lady. However she couldn’t complete the renewal as the system didn’t have the options and had to be referred to head office.
Eventually completed 2 days later

I phoned to renew my annual Europe travel insurance that I purchased last year as a new customer. As I have a pre-existing medical condition, I had to repeat the questions once again, only to find out they were unable to issue a new policy, even though nothing had changed.
After I asked a few questions and a discussion with a supervisor who I will not name, I found out, even though they accepted me in 2022, it was more than likely I had been travelling without proper health insurance, even though they accepted payment and emailing me an invitation to renew within the past week. Would I recommend Makesure Insurance Services Ltd?...ABSOLUTELY NOT. All I can say is if you do decide to employ their services do your homework. ****My reply to your response is that my medication is exactly the same as I submitted last year! That submission was accepted and paid for. When I queried the change in acceptance you could not confirm to me that I was sufficiently covered with health insurance for the previous year…I’ll say it again, my medication is the same that I submitted last year, this serious problem lays firmly in your court.

Renewal quote having not claimed was actually cheaper as you would expect but is rarely the case with insurers. Lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly, professional and efficient.
