Horrible company. The measurements you send them are just a reference. They admit that they add a few inches to some measurements and not to other areas. What arrives is a very poor fitting suit. The site says they will remake the shirt if there is an error, but if they never accept the suit back and just claim they didn't make an error, how can you enforce this? No refund, no remake, just a 20% discount on a future purchase. This is a Mumbai based company that just rotates sites (HarryFashion, MakeYourOwnJeans.com, LeatherCult.com) as they get bad reviews. Would never use again

Bad customer service.. I received the jeans quicker than I expected. The material is good and they are soft but they are too baggy. They are not boot cut jeans as I requested. The back of the waistline puckers out way too much. They had me re-measure myself and send pictures. Then they told me I was wrong. Even though the measurements I sent them work for another pair of jeans I had made by another company. Very unhappy. They won't even offer to pay for me to have them altered.

just ok fit, quality, service, speed. but i was promised a $10 credit for my order and they won't honor that. their website also doesn't show enough pics from all angles and many fabrics are out of stock.

I have used Mtailor and others, these are far the best fit!!!!

Jeans were too big, stretchy instead of 100% cotton. Enough space in the butt to carry an extra person. Also found 2 live cockroaches in the bag. Their answer. Send us pictures, measure again, pictures again, then: Customer is wrong, would you like a 30% off your next order. Eh, NO! My dad's jeans actually fit me better than what they consider right. I am not going to spend another 150$ with that company. I suggest you don't trust them either. Make your own jeans sounds great in theory, in practice worst business and customer service I have ever dealt with.

I ordered a pair of jeans. They came but were totally the wrong size. Nothing like the sizes I gave !
They were not interested in sorting it out or refunding me.
Bunch of crooks and scammers !!

so sad as i have had previous experience with myoj. this pair of chinos which i have had for quite a while but not worn (still have tag and 2 inches too long). i sure will not be using them again and not from where they are made as it appears they are completely wrong with lots of orders. I am sure my first came from England and were perfect the next i had 2 made and they were okay. you have lost me now. my measurements on my account are not mine.

ordered a standard pair of jeans and I think they have given me somebody else's who is a weird shape. This is the second pair now and I have learnt my lesson. I know its only denim but even that is of poor quality.

I had ordered from them years ago and most of the time the jeans fit ok, I thought I finally found a place I could get jeans to fit me. Then about 6 months ago I ordered cargo pants, thinking they would fit like cargo pants should. Sent order with my measurements and what a disaster. I sent pictures to them showing the pants with a measuring tape, how off the measurements were. Then they wanted me to send pictures of the pants on me, as I did. They were so off there was no way I could even get them fixed. Then after months and months, emailing back and forth, and sending them shipping money, I sent them new measurements, basically the same except for one change of 1 inch on the thighs, considering I wanted them to be a little loose there. They emailed me they got the new measurements. I just got the pants today, and cant get my legs into them. Then when I look at the order online, they used the old measurements! I am done and need to find a local tailor to make jeans for me!

Bought a Coat for 170 pounds 200 incl delivery -
I would not have released this for delivery.
Advertised as GQ style coat- no inner lining? buttons missing ( other buttons fell off after worn for a month) and terrible tailoring (ruffling on lining sewing).
Contacted the seller and they said I had not ordered correctly for what I had wanted and I should have ordered samples to insure this was correct.
I had not received what I had paid for and the quality was poor.
I have had many good coats in my life and this was bad quality.
No point in returning as it also costs a fortune to return.

I measured myself 3 times and the jeans are still too big. The concept is amazing - but unfortunately, I don’t love the jeans. I wish I did 😢

Great service. I'm tall and can't find jeans long enough in shops, so only get them from MYOJ.

My jeans came in about two weeks. Good quality, very reasonable cost, and tailoring is excellent. Slightly long inseam, which makes me wear them a bit higher. Overall, I am satisfied, and have ordered two more pair.

Everything was excellent. The one thing I would have liked, though, was in the non-tweed pair of trousers, to have had some label inside telling me what the fabric was.

I received my jeans which were very well made.. And the delivery was prompt.
