Scam Company...avoid at all costs !! I ordered a couple of mens grooming products at the cost of £55.00. After waiting for 2 weeks for delivery...nothing !! I sent 4 emails tom the email address on the website, but have had no response. I contacted my bank to start a dispute... the bank had no reply from Maleskin. If I had looked at the reviews of this company in advance, I would never had ordered from them.

Same story as the other reviews. Place order but hear nothing for weeks, so email them, they respond saying product out of stock but suggest another product instead (MMUK Man, which is their own brand). Decline and request refund, which isn't processed for weeks. Follow up emails then bounce back and in the end had to go through my credit card provider to get refunded. This has happened to me on two separate occasions so not an isolated incident.

PLEASE DON'T USE THIS SITE!

I ordered a Medik8 crystal retinal as it was discounted more heavily than other sites. The website looked genuine so I naively thought "Great, i'll take the discount". Delivery was stated as 2-4 working days. On working day 4 I hadn't received an email saying my product had been dispatched. I emailed but after 24 hours received no response.

There is no phone number available, only an email address. All social media links are unavailable. I immediately realised something was wrong so I disputed the transaction with my bank. Within 15 MINUTES the bank had refunded me the transaction amount - which tells me all I needed to know about other complaints.

I know some reviews are positive but I encourage everyone to use a more reputable site as there are so many alternatives. This site is a complete scam and I was extremely lucky to receive my money back via the bank.

I purchased an Elemis Daily Eye Boost and was advised that is was unavailable and not likely to be on-sale again in the future. I have contacted the company on many occasions to advise them I would like a return on the monies paid of £40.85. I have emailed them and not received any communication from the company. I am seriously concerned that they are withholding the monies as I have had no correspondence from them at all.

I placed an order on 27th December and it still has not arrived, I tried cancelling this order multiple times and have failed to get hold of them. They did respond once to say would process a refund, however no refund and now each time I email it is undelivered. Having to go through my credit card now as given up any hope of them issuing! I was sure I checked the reviews before I placed my order but I can see so many others have had issues. DO NOT USE, there is no contact number either to get hold of them.

Maleskin is one of the most inefficient online retailers that I have had the misfortune of interacting with … I placed an order for grooming products on 19 December 2025, which due to unexplained delays I subsequently cancelled, but the order was finally fulfilled and arrived today 12 January 2026 … their communication or lack thereof is totally unacceptable and I will not be buying from them ever again … MOST DEFINITELY AVOID !!!

I ordered a Christmas present, in good time 16 December and followed up as I had not received as of 23 December. I received no response until the new year, and offering a product which would be unsuitable. I understand that this is a small business, but it would have been appreciated if I had an earlier response so that I knew to buy the product elsewhere and not duplicate buying the item.
Having responded to Maleskin to say that I would prefer to have a refund and this being confirmed on 5 Jan, I still have had no further comms or a refund.

No response. No Telephone, no explanation
no reply, no refund £44.45, no replacement

Ordered Medik8 product 2 weeks ago no sign of it and ignoring my email! Will need to try and charge back my card.

Fake!! Do not order and report them! They are not a real site and will just take money.

I ordered Medik8 eye cream and have never received it or had an answer to my emails. My bank are having to take this up to get my money back. I feel scammed and would avoid if you do t want to lose your money!

I had a very disappointing experience with MaleSkin. I ordered products worth €170, and immediately after payment I received an email saying the product was out of stock.

I replied right away requesting a refund, but since then I have received no response at all. I have sent multiple emails and tried to contact the company several times, but they completely stopped responding.

Never sent order. No updates.

They took the order even though the item was out of stock and sent a replacement product with no notification, so I received my order expecting what I bought, but it wasn't. I then emailed them to request straight away to request a refund and haven't had a reply in over a week.

Scam - avoid!

They took payment for a product that was out of stock. They sent me something else worth significantly less and, when I tried to get refunded the difference, they never refunded me. I had to do a credit card chargeback.

The email doesn’t work - the phone is full. I never got my refund despite posting back.

I ordered over 3 weeks ago. No shipping details on the website still. I have emailed 3 times without reply.

I have ordered in the past from Maleskin and although orders are incredibly slow they have arrived and I’ve been pleased. However this time nothing came. Their customer service is as slow as their deliveries and although, eventually, they did offer a refund that too was too slow and I went through my bank to get my money refunded. Unfortunately I would advise not to use, it would that they are now financially in trouble and you risk losing your money.

As others have suggested, this company is a straightforward scam. They don't supply goods, don't refund and won't reply to any emails. You will be giving your money away. Avoid!!!
