Placed an order on 19th November which was a Xmas present, still haven't recieved the product a month later. Not replied to my emails asking for a delivery date. Do not use!

My order made in November has never been received. My emails regarding updates/refund have been ignored. No communication since placing the order.
My dispute had to be opened via my bank. I would NOT recommend this company. AVOID at all costs and use a reputable/known establishment. The few pounds you think you'll save does not materialise!

Very poor I will definitely not order from this company again. Put in an order for travel size products as going away - not received for over 3 weeks, emailed to cancel at 2 1/2 week but this was ignored. Then received 3 of the items the following week- one without the lid. On the enclosed order form it did say 2 were to be refunded - this hasn t happened over 10 days later. Returned the 3 items received a sone faulty and no confidence in the company or product.,still waiting for refund lets see ……… BUYER BEWARE

Ordered some Patrick’s shampoo & conditioner; I think a total of 4.

Delays in them getting to me.
Chased & had to follow up again via email after not hearing from anyone.
Then some reassurance & advising of manufacturing delays.
When they arrived the container seemed
faulty/broken, leaking liquid.

Contacted Patrick’s & they advised I needed to speak to MALESKIN as they are not an official retailer of the brand.

Two emails sent so far, going back to the 19th of November & no reply.

bought 2 products a month later only received one

Been using this company for several months now to order my Medik8 products. Always have good deals and goods have always arrived on time

Great Customer service. Cheapest price I found online for item I wanted and then they reduced it a little bit more. What's not to like. Fast secure delivery by Royal mail tracked too. Excellent company all round.

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend. Ordered a product some days ago, received a very detailed email the morning after ordering claiming the product had been discontinued and this had been the first time this has happened with this specific supplier, was offered an alternative product via a link but the link did not work, responded by thanking them for the detailed response but politely requested a refund, to which no refund was processed followed by no response to a further 3 emails.
Bizarrely enough checking back on the website a couple of days later the same product which I ordered was discounted on Black Friday sales, even after being told it was discontinued and even today (over 2 weeks later) the product still being advertised on their website.
Have accepted my money is gone, and would advise people to be aware purchasing from this company. Seems like some people have good experiences, but reading various reviews elsewhere, that I am not the first and will not be the last.

Customer care contacted me to say the product I had ordered has been discontinued, they offered to replace this with a different product that was more expensive and that Moleskin would cover the cost also sending a free gift, I personally believe this is exceptional customer care they also gave me the option that if this product was not suitable I would receive a full refund, this practice needs to be highlighted and I thank the company so much

I had no experience of buying from Maleskin before; they came up on a Google search and sounded good. I look for smaller suppliers as a rule and avoid Amazon completely. I was delighted my faith was rewarded with a speedy delivery, good packaging and a lovely card. Would use again for sure. 🙂

I ordered UK lash serum as it was a cheaper price than anywhere else, it was delivered quickly and the product was great!

Have ordered from Maleskin in the past and would highly recommend. My most recent order, one of the products I ordered ended up being out of stock…. Not only was the in stock product sent quickly, but I was offered either a refund or another product with the addition of a complimentary gift for the inconvenience.
Naturally I chose another item as I believe the customer service to be excellent!

The service from Maleskin is always good, efficient, and helpful, in particular Lucy suggested an alternative to my usual after shave, which I liked so much I've been using it ever since. Their prices are good as well.

Great item highly recommend

At 75, I have tried out many face creams and potions to protect and soften my skin. The older you get, the harder it is to find the right product to achieve the effect you desire. I have spent a fortune on many very expensive products and still not been 100% satisfied. I saw this sample on Face book and found the attractiveness of the packaging very appealing.
I have to say that I have been very impressed, the oil itself has a lovely pleasant smell and, you only need a couple of tiny drops on each application.
It went on easily and made my face feel smooth and soft. After a couple of days , I definitely saw an improvement, my face looked fresher and brighter. I have now finished the sample and have ordered the full size bottle which, I can’t wait to receive.
I will be recommending this product to family and friends. My skin feels smoother and firmer and if , this can be achieved in such a short time , I am excited to see what results long term use will bring.
