Excellent - stunning views and great location.

We stayed 6 nights in September 2019 in Es Jardi.

it was a fantastic experience for all of us, to see the wonderful villa, the fully provided kitchen and all the sleeping rooms.
And then the pool - this is definitelly the burner!
All the flowers, the trees and palms in the garden made the impression perfect.
Es Jardi is a paradise on earth!

Villa Julia was a wonderful experience for us, from start to finish. It’s a beautiful villa in a quiet location with great views. The temperature of the house, pool and hot water was perfect. The ample size bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom, had very comfortable beds. Overall we had a very relaxing time, and the hosts were very attentive.

Absolutely perfect. When we booked, we thought it might be too good to be true but everything was exactly as described, beautiful farmhouse with a fantastic pool and garden, and everything was perfectly clean and well maintained. Very private and the perfect place to relax. We can 100% recommend it.

We recently stayed in Villa Pepi and this is our second stay in Pepi.
Again the booking process and communication with MFH was excellent.

Check in is 3 pm and we arrived at 3.45pm. It was disappointing to see the gardener and cleaners still preparing the villa. They completed there work at 4.10pm.

My views on Pepi are mixed, the exterior, gardens, pool, outdoor seating and BBQ area are excellent, well maintained and probably better than most villas we have had in Mallorca.

The interior is adequate and I understand most people focus on the outdoors during the summer.
That said, the bed linen and towels are terrible, clean yes, but hard and abrasive is an understatement.
Some furnishings and beds are worn and really need to be upgraded to bring the interior up to the excellent exterior standard.
Kitchen and bathrooms are ok but again renovations are certainly due as we have seen a lot of properties charging these prices are modernizing areas to bring them up to modern standards.
Air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms and the 2nd bedroom unit drips water.
Hopefully the owners will see this as constructive rather than a complaint.
It is a great villa and with a bit of investment would be a fantastic villa.
Considering the above comments, the pricing is high considering the interior but if that was upgraded, it would be excellent value.
That said, we would stay again just because we love the outdoor aspect of the villa.

Perfekt. Beautiful. Clean. Friendly....

We were delighted with both the service from James when we booked our villa (at the last minute!) and the team we met at the villa itself during our weeks stay at Finca Es Fasser. The villa was superb, when we arrived it was spotlessly clean and kitted out with everything we needed for a relaxing week in the sun. The pool at the villa was clean and all outside garden areas were immaculately tended. The location was far enough away from the coast to be very quiet and totally private, perfect for the kids, enclosed and safe, yet close enough to be on the coast within a couple of mile drive. The town is a short walk away too, with a couple of small shops and restaurants. We would love to visit again and cannot speak highly enough of Mallorca Farmhouses and the whole trip.

Excellent company helpful before the holiday and while away, would definetly use again.

We have stayed in Mallorca five times for summer holidays with Mallorca Farmhouses. Our recent stay at Cas Teuler petit as usual had everything and more than we wanted . The gardens and views from this villa are stunning.
The local rep was extremely helpful she spoke great English. We look forward to our next stay 2020.

We stayed at Es Jardi Cala D'Or. The booking process with Mallorca Farmhouses was simple and were easy to contact with any queries we had prior to travelling. The villa itself was lovely with a large pool and masses of outdoor space for sunbathing and dining outside. It was probably further from Cala D'Or town than we expected but taxis were easy to order and really quick to arrive . Probably the only negative was the kitchen equipment... 1 kettle and 1 small toaster which only toasts 1 slice of bread at a time is not enough for 12 people, could also probably do with an other fridge. We also paid extra to have the air conditioning on unlimited as the 4 hours a day included in the price was not enough.
We would definitely use Mallorca Farmhouses again and would stay at Es Jardi Villa.

We stayed at two villas near Santanyi - Baskings and Cas Mal Ric.
The first was in a great location for walking into the picturesque port of Porto Colom. Nice and spacious with a good size pool considering it is so close to the port. The house was clean, well equipped and spacious.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay and great support from Mallorca Farmhouses whenever we spoke to them

Beautiful views, amazing grounds and the pools somewhere special to cool the heat of the sun!!!!

Nothing was ever to much trouble and I loved the hands on approach of the directors!!!

On the whole Es Castell a great experience . Thoroughly enjoyed holiday. Some obvious things need improved
The WiFi was non existent. Our devices would not accept it as security was so weak. We had lunch at nearby Vall d’or golf where WiFi was instant and accessible so no excuse for area. Server simply not good enough
The house is a good distance from shops which is what we expected but no cold box was in the property which made transport of ice etc difficult. Ice maker in freezer not functioning. We should not have to equip the house and future visitors with this
Good washing machine but no laundry basket to carry stuff outside. Easily remedied. Also only half a dozen clothes pegs. These have been standard in previous properties.
The cleaning was fine but seemed to be carried out by one lady. She arrived at 9 am on morning of our departure. Time of departure was 10 am. I know that sometimes people have early flights which is convenient for cleaning but we did not. She was anxious to get on and mopped us off the terrace. Unacceptable.
We highly rate Mallorca Farmhouses and feel that these issues are easily resolved but have to be pointed out.
All in all a great holiday. Loved all the natural shade in the garden and house well equipped apart from as above mentioned

Great villa and car rental once again from Mallorca farmhouses. Thank you again for a great Villa experience

My wife and I together with our daughter and her family, i.e. four adults and two boys aged six and four stayed at PARADES for one week in July 2019.
Positives
• Very productive dialogue during booking process (incl. provision of extra services like facilitating a cook from "MyChef Catering", a local catering company; professional, friendly, and punctual. If you really want to relax this solution is highly recommendable, albeit a bit pricy.
• Wonderful, secluded location
• Super, clean swimming pool
• Problems with ants were solved quickly by the landlord (repellent was provided)

Issues
• Level of indoor cleaning (rooms and bathrooms) upon arrival was somewhat less than OK
• Plug in mosquito repellents were located, but contained no fluid; local supermarkets could not provide matching refills
• BBQ must be 50+ years old!
• Checkout time was at 10.00 hrs., but the cleaning team arrived 25 mins. early and immediately started cleaning. Unfortunately, this had a negative effect on the last impression of a generally delightful stay
As a piece of good advice, it is suggested that MFH provides:
• Kitchen roll and toilet paper
• Hand wash for all bathrooms (only two pcs were provided with the “Villa Care Pack” - and the Finca has four bathrooms)
• Dish washing liquid
• Tabs for the dish washing machine
• Charcoal and ‘firelighters’
free of charge for the whole period (just raise the price accordingly – a few € per day)?
E.g. six dish washing tabs were provided in the “Villa Care Pack”, but supermarkets only sell their stuff in packages containing minimum 24 pcs., and who needs that much for a week’s stay? Solution: 6-8 pcs will be provided upon arrival, and MFH will refill mid-term (this also includes toilet paper and an additional kitchen roll).
All the above may seem to be insignificant details, but they all add up and put a stain on what might have been a 5-star week. Based on the above impressions we deem it a 4-star.
And yes, we will recommend MFH to others.

We had a great time at finca Sa Pletassa. This place is perfect for families specially for small kids. We really liked the fact that the pool had a fence and the stairs inside the house had gates. We have an 18month old and it gave us peace of mind. We loved the outdoor grounds, plenty of space for the kiddos to play plus the lot next door had tones of sheeps with bells and we loved to go see them. The bbq area was huge and fully equipped plus it had a restroom with shower. James was very helpful and very flexible with the check in and check out.the villa is only 4 minutes driving to Cala Marsal which is beautiful. We really enjoyed staying at Finca Sa Pletassa and recommend it.

All of us enjoyed the Farmhouse but felt that a prior inspection or walk through before we came was needed.
The following issues needeed to be addressed and were after we had called not prior to arrival:
1) ANTS inside (including the closets) and outside were horrendous.
2) Issues with Wi-Fi, so alot of time business could not be conducted.
3) Fire alarm went off at 5:00 AM due to low battery
4) Lights at nite were not on in the pool.
5) Dryer not adequate for drying clothes.
6) No soap available in bathrooms upon arrival

Amazing team! Prompt and swift! Amazing house !
