Villa was good. We felt that the representative could have checked that we were satisfied with the outcome of a few of the problems encountered.

wonderful, easy, and stress free experience on all four occasions we have used this company, would highly recommend their service and their beautiful properties..will be booking again shortly for next year!

We’ve just returned from a wonderful week staying at Finca Tomas.
After a shaky and off putting start with a particularly unhelpful member of staff in the Reading office, we managed to book the villa with the help of Heidi who was great.
The villa was just beautiful. Fabulous location, brilliant pool, lovely bbq and terrace. Rooms really lovely too.
Julie the local rep was just brilliant also, the toaster was broken and she sent the repair man really promptly. Any problem had a solution.
My husband, daughter and I, had a really brilliant stay at Finca Tomas and would happily book it again, through Mallorca Farmhouses.

We have a very good stay in an great house, with a very lovely garden with a lot of terrasses and an very nice swimmingpool

Easy, friendly and caring

Beautiful location, very peaceful. House and pool incredible clean. Perfect location to be away from it all but convenient enough to pop into town or to a gorgeous beach. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing, great location!

This was our 4th visit to this property and unfortunately we have found it has deteriorated slightly each year. Outside areas needing attention, not enough outside lounging seating for 10 people. Some basic cooking equipment not there. This year A/C in 2 rooms were broken working and it was not until the Thursday this was 'resolved' but only with 2 portable units which necessitated the windows being left open for the vent to go out, also they were very loud and a complete waste of time. The wifi was completely inadequate and it was only on the Wednesday when the representative paid for an update could it be used. The representative was very helpful and reactive, but we would not use this property again. Sad as it is ideally placed but desperately needs some TLC!

We had great communication from Mallorca Farmhouses and had a lovely stay at the Airbnb property. Would be nice to have had some breakfast provisions for the first morning, particularly as arrived late at night, but apart from that everything was perfect!

It was perfect, two small things, at night is not easy to find the house, it would be better to make more visible the signs for those who arrive at night. Other, there was a lot of ants in one of the wardrobes.

Fantastic villa and excellent standard of furniture and furnishings. Location was perfect up in the hills but minutes from village and beaches. Lots of terraces to enjoy views. The leisure facilities of sauna jacuzzi and pool were well maintained. Need a car to get about although local walking easy and enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. Good atmosphere and great garden and outdoor area. For the price we have paid during this period it was the perfect spot for our mini vacation. We are interested to come back in september but then prices are out of proportion in our opinion as there are some improvements to be made in order to be value for money. The Kitchen is quite small and lacks of proper equipement and plates etc to match a €400 per night price. Also we would expect duvets instead of blankets. The tv and music Equipment could also use an upgrade to justify these higher prices in september. Nevertheless we are very satisfied and enjoyed the place and our stay to the fullest. Good and attentive and responsive team both in the Office and in Mallorca. Thx!

Fantastic Villa with great amenities and lovely views, great location just a 5 minute drive into Pollenca old town, 10 minutes to Port de Pollenca and 15 minutes to Alcudia. Very quiet and peaceful location, not at all overlooked situated on a very quiet road. Kitchen facilities were good, coffee machine etc. Gas hob needed matched which weren't supplied so just advisable to pick some up from the supermarket, which there are several of very close by.
Julie, our contact in Mallorca was extremely helpful during our stay. We were the first guests of the season which meant we had a couple of understandable issues (wifi not yet set up, BBQ tools locked away) but she was absolutely brilliant in chasing up with the owner and wifi company and kept us updated throughout. We could not have been more impressed with her service.

The villa itself was absolutely amazing and we had the best time. As a company, mfh were perfectly smooth and everything they sent was timely. We had a quick response to a few requests and were very pleased by the whole process.
The only thing was a miscommunication with the cleaning team who came rather abruptly to clean the house expecting us to have checked out. They then realised that it was a misunderstanding and apologised profusely which was fine, just felt a bit silly on the spot especially as they didn't really speak English!also I couldn't find any note on checkout process.
Apart from this everything was perfect and I highly recommend them.

We enjoyed 8 day's in paradise. What a lovely place it is! Beautiful house and garden with lots of privacy!
