First of all we would like to send our thank you to James for his hospitality.

We have spent in finca Es Jardi a wonderful week. We were 4 families enjoying every bit of spacious house, cozy terrace, refreshing spotless clean pool and amazing garden. We appreciated very clean rooms, bathrooms and kitten. All fittings in this property are well thought out and exceeded your expectations. Every room is fitted with private bathroom with provision of fresh towels, soap, hair dryer etc. We were also provided with extra beach towels in number sufficient for all guests. This villa and all of its facilities are well maintained and in perfect condition. There was even a bluetooth wireless speaker available. The location gives you tranquility of surrounding nature with just few minutes drive to shops, restaurants of Cala D’Or and numerous amazing beaches. Our favorite was Cala Sa Nau just few minutes away that we sincerely recommend.

In summary this is the place and the quality of service you will be happy to return to or to suggest to your friend.

We had a wonderfull stay here. The house is great, it has everything you need. The mid week maid service was really appreciated. We would definetly recommend this place without hesitation !,

One of the best Air Bnb ever had ! A wonderful house, with a main patio, a wonderful Oliver & swimming pool, surrounded by a beautiful garden with lemon tree.
Everything is clean and well ordered, the agency is listenning and pleasant !

Would recommand eyes closed !!

The house we stayed in was beautiful, very spacious and very clean. We appreciated the interior design, as well as the splendid garden. The location is good, it allowed us to quickly reach the starting point of some spectacular treks. Communication was seamless, and check-in/out was very easy. We would love to come back.

We had an excellent holiday and this was due to the smooth and easy working of Mallorca farm houses. Our rep was quick to solve any issues and the villa was well equipped and comfortable. We had our second year running excellent holiday, great for families.

Very professional organisation. Our stay in Can Gallardo was fabulous.
The house is well described in Airbnb and nothing was missing.
House very clean and we even had a maid service during one week stay.

Fantastic farmhouse. Facilities are just as described. A little remote but great for families and large groups. WiFi unreliable but overall a great place to relax.

We stayed at Cas Teuler Petit for the second year running and were not disappointed. Beautiful villa in a lovely area. Would definitely recommend Mallorca Farmhouses.

Just a couple of things which could be improved.

For a house in this price class I would consider to:
- improve kitchen equipment. Pots, knives, plates... should be at least solid IKEA standard. In good shape and you need more pots...
- Good! Moskito nets on all beds. One can´t change the fact they are there... but at least at night one wants to have peace
- house needs a solid cleaning. Especially kitchen. More than just the usual ones the housekeeping ladies are doing on a regular basis.

Anyway: overall. Great place to be.

I've stayed in a number of houses through Mallorca Farmhouses and have had an amazing time every time. The company are superb to deal with; very professional and responsive if I have any queries. I also love the fact it's a family run business, which is hard to find these days. This shows in the quality of holidays and approach. I would highly recommend.

Very reliable and responsive, and our Villa (Cal Rei Petit) was great.

Majorca Farmhouses was dishonest in their resolution of a disastrous experience at MATORELL GOLF, which we found to be in a detestable level of cleanliness. In spite of being told that appropriate accommodations would be made within three days of our departure from the detestable residence, we were told that we had not allowed them to remedy the situation tough we have written communications from their representative in northern Mallorca.

beautiful Finca...and Mallorca Farmhousses made a great Job.

The house we´ve booked was big and comfortable but many things were old, not refurbished or simply broken. General things and a welcome package were completely missing (one of the bathrooms was not equipped with toilet paper or hand soap). The cleaning service (twice a week) was not efficient, at all.
Overall experience was ok, but not worth the money!

Our Villa provided the ideal accommodation and facilities for us, our 3 children and partners and 2 grandchildren. A very relaxing and enjoyable week.

The Mallorca farmhouse was exactly as described. A well furnished house with a good sized swimming pool and grounds. The walk into the lovely town of Pollenca was pleasant and flat and we felt safe even in the evenings.

We stayed as a family [but all adults]. We thought the house was great with lovely garden, pool and games/bbq area. It is well situated within a short drive to Pollenca [which is great]. A few downsides but more niggles for improvement rather than big negatives. The air con is on a timer which starts at 6pm and finishes circa 4am. Aside from the annoyance of not having air con all night for those that want it also created a 4am change of noise in the bedroom which ensured those light sleepers woke up every night at that time! The 'house' notes are somewhat generic to Mallorcan Farmhouses as a company and don't really touch on the more specific things about the house - for instance, there is a water sprinkler system in the garden which, unless you are careful [or know], can soak everything within reach! Too many generic stickers and signs everywhere which feel a bit 'institutional' and finally the kitchen equipment was missing quite a bit which I assume must have resulted from lack of checks during the course of the season. Still a great house but best to be aware of the few pitfalls.
