Great service, high standard of accommodation. Great provision of information in the lead up to and during the holiday.

From the moment we contacted Mallorca Farmhouses we received excellent service, support and advice. The villa was as described and accurate to the photo's on the website. We'd highly recommend this company as they make you feel valued throughout.

Great villa and location. Only minor irritations/problems but would recommend this villa to all: Not sure whether we mislaid the vital information on its location, but we arrived late at night and had real trouble finding the villa (over an hour looking). Sign on roadside fence was not easy to spot, and indeed we believed the villa to be off a track,not directly off the road. Also, hadn't spotted the fine print on aircon only being on from 1800 to 0400 - in August with temperatures up at 35C through the day, bedrooms are warm by 0500. Suggest that the premium prices for August are reflected in longer aircon hours. We decided to pay extra for extra aircon to the owner,next door.

Great property in a fantastic location. Views from the terrace and pool area are stunning. Would definitely use company again.

The listing for the house stated that the house had air conditioning, but it did not! The photos of the house show ceiling fans which are not in the house now. During our week from 7/15-23/2017 the house was unbearably hot. I would advise anyone who uses air conditioning at home to NOT RENT this house in the summer. The 4 second floor bedrooms are right under the roof which bakes in the sun all day and radiates heat all night. Half of the room fans in the bedrooms did not work. We were given 2 new fans on our 2nd day, but we had to spend an hour putting them together.
The 15 meter pool is great and very refreshing. The house and grounds are beautiful. The backyard and pool deck are great for entertaining. We had a catered dinner for 30 people with plenty of room for everyone. We did need to rent extra tables and chairs for the party.
Renters should know that you must cart your garbage yourself to municipal dumpsters in town.

Easy to book easy to arrive find key etc. V clean and v happy holiday.

Lovely house in a perfect place.

I am sorry, but I can't say anything bad about our experience with Mallorca Farmhouses. My girlfriend and I had the holiday week of our life. With the special deal, we as taxidrivers, could experience the luxery like we are rich people! The house, the swimming pool, ow my god I want to have this house!!! We were in Finca Tomas... Ow 1 small thing, the wifi did not work! But when we called, a sweet lady was there in 1 hour to fix it.... People really, go there! Mallorca is great, we go there for years, but this is so much better than a hotel! I hope my spelling is not to bad, English is not my thing ;)

James, you made a normal holiday the best we had. Again, 2 simple taxidrivers in a big private house with a swimming pool, miracles still happen!

Finca was in excellent location and surroundings and pool very good. Facilities and cleanliness not up to our standard and property should have an "essential" rather than a "superior" rating

Fantastic Villa, excellent booking procedure from start to finish, got to be one of the best villas we have ever had in Mallorca and we have visited Mallorca more than 20 times.

We had a good time in the Martorell Golf villa.
The service was very good, the house as well as the garden and swimmingpool were clean. Privacy was ok, however the road next to the house was busy.
Everything you needed was there. What we did not like was the furniture, esp. the chairs were really not comfortable, all wood without cushions. The sofa was much too soft to sit on comfortably.
Overall we find the house sufficient, but there was a lack of luxury.

A special holiday in a quiet and beautiful location containing all the services like: a swimming pool, a pool table, a ping pong table and air conditioning.
Near to the supermarkets and the beach.

The description and location of the apartment where as described. Tastefully decorated, a modern finish with all branded modern appliances. Centrally located in Cala D'Or within 5 minutes of the main resort for bars, restaurants and shops. 10 minute walk to the marina.

Generally there would be nothing to add to this 5-star review. But the house, service and friendliness of the people is worth mentioning. We were 13 people which is already the full capacity of the house. Still the property is so big that it does not feel cramped at all. The rooms were spacious, climated, clean and equipped with all things necessary.
The pool and garden are amazing. The you can enjoy the silence as there is nothing around or enjoy your own pool party.
Also the contact to the agency was flawless, always fast and competent answers. The contact in Spain was also easily reached.
Generally the location is ideal as well, close to the ocean and supermarkets (~15min drive) and with 50 min out of Palma on the south-east coast a rather calm vacation spot.

All in all a perfect vacation!!

Finca Rafalet is beautiful and not too far from a Pollenca.

Air con effective and silent- and pool beautifully clean and refreshingly cool.

No complaints whatsoever, but if being really picky the glassware is pretty basic. Drinking fine wine from a 70's style Paris goblet doesn't match the rest of the Rafalet experience. Also, and again being ultra picky- the only table knives are very pointed steak knives- almost impossible to put butter or jam on toast or croissants with one. A few flatter bladed knives would be great.

All in all a lovely relaxing holiday in a beautiful traditional finca.

I can recommend using Mallorca Farmhouse when you travel to Mallorca. We got great service and they always responded very quickly when we where in contact.

Just perfect !

A very comfortable, tranquil and secluded villa with (almost) everything you need for a carefree holiday.

We would happily book this villa again despite the few niggles that we had. As an owner of two popular holiday let cottages in the UK, we think that rectifying these niggles would make it 5 star plus rating.

All of the facilities were as described however we did have to chase up getting the promised maid service and a key for the valuables safe as the electronic part of the safe was not working. These were quickly rectified by quick emails to the rep who was very responsive... Full marks for that.

The kitchen is functional but it also always irritating to find that broken items were not replaced... Eg finding only 3 red wine glasses. Basic items like tupperware storage boxes and tea towels would be an inexpensive but useful touch, along with simple things like salt and pepper condiments etc. Plugs for both sinks in the bathroom would be good!

The WiFi, sound and modern large TV were excellent and the beds very comfortable. A real plus point for those of us who can't sleep with daylight... , good curtains, shutters and blinds were provided.

The pool and terrace were lovely and the gardens and surroundings peaceful...

The Finca is nearly perfekt.
Nice view to sea and mountains!
The only thing that is not perfekt is the informations to get there.
Please overwrite the way discribtion .
You have to go to the Vall D'Or Golf and from there straight in the hills.
Please place a sign on the street where the guests have to turn left.
