Although the food is good, can’t say it’s not, the problem lies with the packing delivery and the deals they run.
The first offer was if spend xyz (can’t remember the amount), your get 4 cheese and ham parcels, I really wanted to try them as the chicken parcels were awesome, it says you don’t need to do anything as the butcher will include in your order, order arrives no cheese and ham parcels.

Next order, I spent £85/£88 doing order late at night, woke up in morning to an email to say spend £100 get 4 steaks free. I messaged to say add an extra item that I had already ordered some (game mix @ £15) to take my order over £100, the said they couldn’t do that, so said ok, cancel my order and I re do the order adding the extra game mix, never heard back from them at all and they sent
out the £85 order, of which the pork chops was the incorrect chops.
So, though the food good, the service is lacking.
I did ask them if these offers were even actually available as always seems to be an issue getting them.

I was disappointed in the process.

Great delivery always thick juicy steaks.

Having looked at various supermarkets meat prices we decided to get some meat online. Looked at several options and decided on Malpas Farm.
Easy to order great communication and delivery spot on.
We ordered Ribeyes and they are as good as any I have ever eaten.
We shall definitely be ordering with them again.

Just received our first order of full Fillet / Tomahawk steaks - it all looks amazing. Cooked a cheeky end of the fillet as too small to freeze - absolutely amazing taste and, I have to say, I quite enjoyed munching on it raw (my favourite pastime!!). Will certainly continue to use these guys - the prices are excellent.

Delivered on time, items kept chilled, good quality meat. Will be ordering again soon!

Our Second Steak order has arrived. On time & perfectly packed. These Tomahawk Steaks are just perfect for a two people roast. With all the trimmings of course. Had Mrs Darlingtons Horseradish to go with it. Just a perfect match 👌🏻
