BIG SCAM!!!

BIG SCAM!!!
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. We had the worst experience!

We bought tickets to see AC/DC in Düsseldorf. The concert was supposed to take place in an open field but got moved to a stadium while we were on vacation. The new system required everyone to pick new seats on a first come, first served basis — but only if you had the physical tickets, which of course were at home.
By the time we got back, all the good seats were gone. We tried contacting the organizers multiple times (email, phone) to either request a refund or to sell the tickets — which we couldn’t do, since our tickets were from the original show and the system didn't allow resale for those. Funny enough, people who had bought tickets after the venue change could sell theirs. Totally unfair!

We received no response until we literally stalked them on Instagram and finally got an email reply the day of the concert. They had told us earlier we could get a refund, so we were planning not to go. Then suddenly, an hour before we were supposed to leave, they emailed again to say we actually couldn’t get a refund after all. So we rushed into the car anyway, trying not to miss the show.
But since we were now going to arrive late, we called them — and the person on the phone literally laughed at us and mocked us. My partner was so shaken by the complete lack of respect and basic decency that he ended up having a panic attack in the car. We had to pull over and ended up just going back home, completely devastated and angry.

This experience was a mess from start to finish — zero communication, inconsistent rules, no empathy, and frankly, disgraceful customer service. We’ll never buy tickets from them again
