Horrible service, food took and drinks took forever. Server was rude and made us wait for so long whenever we asked for anything.

Never go here !!!!

Really bad food and overpriced!!

Mama Rosa was a complete disaster! They brought our salad without plates (seriously?), and the bread was so hard and stale I wanted to throw it away. We asked them to turn off the stove for health reasons, and they totally ignored us. And the carbonara? It smelled and tasted like fish — disgusting!

If you want to ruin your stomach and feel totally ripped off, go there. Otherwise, run far away!

The food was lovely and the waitress Lalisha was so kind and helpful..I would recommend her attentive service and her English was really good which helped when deciding what to order....

I had a business lunch today in the perfect danish spring weather.
The fresh tuna with risotto completed the experience in harmony.

Three months ago, I suffered a serious incident when a canopy fell and struck me on the head during my visit. This resulted in a hospital visit and medical expenses. Despite reaching out to the management multiple times over the past three months, I have been completely ignored.

This lack of response is not only unprofessional but also deeply concerning, as it shows a disregard for customer safety and well-being. The incident itself was alarming, but the failure to address it or even acknowledge my communications has made the situation far worse.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone until they take accountability for their actions and demonstrate a commitment to customer safety and service.

Mamma Rosa used to have the best pizzas. They are terrible now. Thick bready crust and tasteless. What happened to the thin crusty pizza you used to make. Won’t come back until you fix unfortunately

I have been to Mama Rosa restaurant today and read all the reviews from many years ago and I can assure you that the food is still tasteless and cold , the drinks and tab water are also expensive .
The fish dishes are expensive as well and are tasteless so this is our last time here.
Stay away yall

Delicious pizza and super cool waiter (I think he was called Mariusd or?). Appreciate the service. We will be back!

We waited 30 minutes for our drinks, and 30 more minutes for the first 2 dishes, and the 15 More minutes for the last dish. It was obvious that the last dish had been standing in the kitchen way to long, because that cheese were all dried and the dish were cold. In the cheeseburger there were no ketchup or cheese in it. The other burger had no taste. All in all non of our food had any taste and were all cold.

When we wanted to pay the waiter looked at us and then ignored us.

It was an awful experience, stay away it’s not worth it, it’s a totally waist of money.

We went here for a good experience, we bought the nachos supreme, they were horrible please don’t go here, dear tourists.

Horrible tourist trap they charged us 59dk (8 euros) for tape water from sink. Owners should be ashamed of doing this.

One of the most horrible experiences I have ever had in otherwise wonderfull Copenhagen!
After waiting 40 minutes for our drinks - and 30 minutes more for our pizza’s - they were cold, and more or less like they were re-heated.
So we cannot - in anyway - recommend dining at Mama Rosa in Copenhagen.

Best place in Strøget to eat and have fun! Loved the smiley, fun staff! Especially loved Beauty, who was so happy and friendly all night long! Lovely food too!😊
