The food was fantastic

The food was fantastic. Warm and delicious. My friend and I really enjoyed it. Would recommend for everyone to try the Molues and Bolognese pasta.
Beauty and Louzi were our waitresses and serviced us and they were really polite and did a really great job.🙏🏼

Horrible experience

We visited Mama Rosa on Stroget street on 28 December. We ordered dinner a coffee and a beer and a glass of tap water. When we received our drinks we were given two coffees and a bottle of sparkling water. When we corrected the waitress we were informed that they don't have tap water and that we were wrong we hadn't ordered a beer and had wanted two coffees. When we insisted on what we'd ordered and told her to remove the expensive bottled water and extra coffee. She flounced off, refused to bring our dinner, brought a bill that still had the extra coffee, water and now the beer included. Don't go..

Avoid

Avoid, avoid, avoid. I went here with friends for our last night in Copenhagen. The bruschetta was tasteless, the calamari dreadful. It tasted like frozen onion rings....ugh. The rissoto was hard and tasteless too and the wine tasted like vinegar. Menu is too extensive and it's reflected in the poor food. Expensive. I would not recommend. It reminded me of food from an episode of Gordan Ramsays kitchen nightmares.

Worst service

We waited more than 45 minutes for our food, which included a kids menu. Extremely bad that we had to wait this long. Besides this, the service was terrible. Never going back and I will never recommend to anyone.

This should not be possible

This should not be possible! Tissues all over a wet floor, a trash can that was overflowing, toilet paper roll on the floor covered in water and just the most unsanitary situation that I have ever seen, including train toilets. I told two waiters on my way who seemed not to care the slightest. I finally told the manager who was very sympathetic, but did nothing to set the situation right. The bill was brought, no compensation, not even a thank you for coming. He had already forgotten me. A mess like that is not caused overnight and it makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like. As we were waiting for the Carpaccio that took forever, I noticed that there was 22 Google reviews about these bathrooms - how can a restaurant still have a license to serve food if they cannot even keep their bathrooms clean? I am never putting my feet in this place again!

Stay away

Bad place. We were 5 people and we waited for food for an hour, and we ended up going. The restaurant was not full at all. Bad experience. Will never return.

All in all just bad

Amazing

I came here at lunch time, the restaurant was busy, I ordered pizza Margarita and still got it very fast. The staff was very friendly and professional. It’s really nice terrace with beautiful view, and the inside is very luxury. Definitely coming back again. Prices are really good and location is amazing.

This restaurant has been on the main…

This restaurant has been on the main walking street of Copenhagen for many years. We have not been there for at least 10 years, because the quality was getting worse and worse. They seem to focus on tourists and it is always very busy, therefore they may not see a need to improve. We went there yesterday evening to see if anything had improved - which was a bitter disappointment. We were placed at a window adjacent to the bar, which turned out to be an extremely noisy place - the bar tender was sorting glasses and seemed to try to smash them. We waited a long time for a simple pizza order and when it finally came through the pizzas were soft and undercooked. We were in a hurry, so we ate the parts which were eatable and asked for the bill. When asked if we liked the food we told the waiter what was wrong and he offered to get new pizzas. We declined since we did not have the time to wait another 30 minutes for replacement. While waiting for the food, we saw many people leaving after nobody attended to them. Some of the waiters are very friendly and service minded, while others are careless and lazy. There are so many great places to eat in Copenhagen, so do yourself a favour and stay away from this place.

Most dangerous things inside the restaurant staff eat all the customer food.

Stay far away from this place

Stay far away from this place, here's why:

Food had no taste, it litteraly tasted just like pasta without sauce even though we should've had more taste from our pasta choices.

Half a lobster was more a half a lobster tail.
Almost no lobster to be found in short.
It was also overcooked and the some parts of it smelled and tasted fishy. That's a big no!

Girlfriends food was cold.

Drinks didn't have much flavour either it felt watered down.

Overall did also not finish the food. Noticed more people complained about the food when we were eating.
Staff is a bit pushy.

Knife and fork felt cheap. Not clean because it was sitting outside all day. Massive health risk.

Would not recommend stay far away from this place.
