Lauren at the Shoreham by Sea store was excellent! So knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to us to well and didn't make me feel like any of my questions were silly! We purchase almost everything we need and will be back soon to add more stuff on soon!

Almost £50 for replacement screws! We received a cotbed secondhand as a gift, but they had lost the screws to convert between the bed & crib. The customer care team informed us it was cheaper to buy a pack of all of the replacement screws instead of purchasing individually - but with postage this comes to almost £50! Considering the price of this set new, this is insanity. This goes completely against mamas and papas sustainability and circular economy goals - surely they wouldn't purposely take advantage of those trying to reuse their furniture? Was considering purchasing the matching set, but now will be buying from elsewhere.

We had the pleasure of Kelly L serving us, she was incredible! We had absolutely no idea what we wanted and she took us through a variety of different prams and furniture sets and we decided on the perfect bits that suit our lifestyle.

It’s a bit daunting with your first baby and having no experience and Kelly took that all away. Was an amazing experience, thank you Kelly!

Umamah made our experience great at Mamas&Papas in Oxford. She was very efficient, showed how the car chair is working also the table for our little one. We chose what we needed in just 20 minutes! That is what exactly new parents need!! Thank you, Umamah!!

Now saying delayed!!! Protector came however no mattress - ordered for use for baby so now unable to use - paid extra delivery £6.95 on wednesday to ensure delivery on Friday as stated !

Edit- 20th July 2026 - now says expected Tuesday 21st July?!! Is this shipment lost in transit?? Really not impressed when have a baby waiting and paid extra for quicker delivery (now delayed)

As first time parents, we are dealing with lots of information from all sources. Being able to get in touch face-to-face with professionals that can actually explain all differences in pushchairs, where you can try them, makes all the difference. I do recommend the Mamas and Papas Bedford, thank you to Adalia.

Visited mamas and papas at Birstall this evening and it was a pleasure to be served by Charlie. We came in looking for a rocker and Charlie talked us through every one they had in store and online. He also showed us how they work. He was very helpful and very professional. He showed us all the sales they had on now. Amazing service.

As a first time mum, I have no clue what I’m doing. I’ve been quite laid back but 6 weeks before my due date I became lost, overthinking what I need and how I manage basic tasks such as nappy changes at night .
I was so grateful to meet Donna at Morfa who talked me through real life scenarios, products that I needed and were practical and how I would manage. She gave me realistic advice and I felt comfortable to ask her about further subjects such as feeding and baby entertainment. She had so much time for me and all my questions and I came away with better solutions than I had found speaking to chat gbt and feeling a lot more confident about what’s to come.

Having visited another store we felt a little disheartened so visited Meadowhall mamas & papas as a last ditch attempt before shopping online. We were helped by Anya who was just incredible, nothing was too much hard work. She got the carrycot for us to see, unclipped the pram & talked us through everything. Cannot fault how helpful she was it was wonderful! Would absolutely recommend visiting Meadowhall for this very reason! Thank you Anya for changing our day around & leaving us so so so excited for our new pram & incoming arrival!!

Amina was brilliant at explaining thorough information on the nuna triv from top to bottom. While also managing the tills on her own for the time period we was here, she very attentive and polite she gave great communication skills throughout the process I would highly recommend a tour of the prams with her or any customer service need's

We bought a pram bundle from the Mama’s & Papas in M&S in Cardiff a couple of weeks ago and were served by Fran and Rhi. They were both brilliant and really helpful. We’re really happy with what we bought. The pram is great. We didn’t really know which one to buy, so we were very grateful for their help. They were really knowledgeable about all the products. Highly recommend going there. It’s also well laid out and not too overwhelming.

We visited the Thurrock store just to have a look at the prams and we were helped by Aurelija and she was absolutely amazing she showed us exactly what we wanted in a pram and car seat, she was very polite and helpful! We ended up leaving with a new pram and car seat due to be delivered ! So a big thank you :)

Esme was absolutely incredible at our baby buying appointment. She honestly could not of been more helpful and attentive. She went through everything in extreme detail and it was just a an overall amazing experience.

Adam in Blanch was super helpful! Would revisit for sure!

Made an appointment at the Wednesbury store where Amy helped us with looking at pushchairs, car seats and cribs. She was really helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Would definitely recommend booking an appointment if you're first time parents like us. We had no clue where to start, but Amy made it all feel a lot less daunting.

I am almost at the end of my pregnancy and went for a visit to the mamas and papas store in Southampton. The staff were absolutely fantastic, ever so kind and friendly! The manager there that day and her colleague Janet were amazing. They resolved a question I had previously had and also helped ever so much about some products we brought in store. The store is beautiful, very welcoming and the team fantastic. They don’t push for sales, happy to help in any way they can and answer any questions you may have. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Ordered cute play mat and 2 more items sold together as set on offer £93. For my sis in law .
Ordered last Friday stated next day delivery . Took 48hrs to get delivery on way email it was Evri. So immediately changed to local pick up as expected Monday latest and had work other days. Picked up yesterday (Wednesday ) from local shop, I’ve just opened box only one item in box instead of 3.
Checked email this morning says another parcel coming via Evri at home address today. Not clear when ordering comes separate and when re routing on Monday I assumed was everything together as sold as a set. Thank goodness im home for this delivery. Misleading delivery time and courier not stated.
